- Deepti Bhatnagar visits Kedarnath Temple, one of the four major sites in India's Chota Char Dham pilgrimage, located in Uttarakhand, India. She throws light on the mythological importance of this place and also informs about other relevant places like Gupt Kashi, Panch Kedar, Tungnath, Ukhi Math,Gauri Kund. Kedarnath Temple was built by Pandavas and revived by Adi Sankaracharya and is also one of the twelve Jyotirlingas.

I watched every video of yatra. Yes i feel im blessed. Thank you for making us visiting such peaceful places. From Mauritius. I never been in India but im a part of it. Our ancestors came from India. Do come to Mauritius ,here also we celebrate Shivratree very proudly.
Deepti madam I was very small when I use to watch yatra on Doordarshan But thanks to you for uploading on UA-cam. One more thing I really love the way Lata Mangeshkar sing Om Namha shivaya and even the background music of this episode specially flute.... thanks for making our Yatra with you too!!!!

Finally after may be around 35 years I am watching this program.
A very unique program in those years.
Deepti is so lovely and lolively.
She is so beautiful and presents vv peacefully, especially it goes as an integral part of the darshan n not as a deliberate break
The music is warm
S everyone cannot go everywhere
But this gives everyone an equal opportunity to have darshan of such unreachable locations just sitting in our hall
And getting some punya.
In my utube exploration, today I happened to come across this.
Now I will continue to watch atleast few episodes especially those which are difficult to reach n till now which I couldn't travel
I was in high school when this got relayed n nostalgic
Good they have digitised and made it available on utube everyone will get benefited
Those years I used to watch for deepti n curiously of places
Now as a matured person I watch for punyam too.

Yes I am here on earth, born to wash out the Karma of sleeping with the Queen through the Dead Body of the king, occupying it, without her knowledge. The episode of Mandan Mishra, Sanskrit Scholar in the eight century A.D., wanting to become Sankara's disciple and the following tharkwada, and surprised by the presence of Ma Saraswathi. Ma Saraswathi is also here in South India and is known by the name Sri Karunamayi (Saraswathi). Her ashram is in Andhra Pradesh in the Sahayadri Hills. A lovely Ashram which I am yet to visit, but met her several times in Canada and got blessings. (Her beautiful Ashram is in Penusila mountainous area near Nellore Andhra Pradesh India).
