Since you have to rely on active turns and not actions outside of turns, maybe Elliot’s ability to increase ability cooldowns will become more valuable to make your active turns useless

I've been saving shimmer records for months now (40 in total) I skipped wu yu since I didn't have Lian nor Sakura at r6 and I didn't see the use of moro... now this one is a guarantee for sure. It's finally time to put all those records to work
Only outside of turn dmg that is not considered a special turn is Ikki's moon pasive, only the part where each enemy esper take dmg when they move, the phases are probably considered special turn tho, however is futile because ikki is inmune to petrification too.. so it wont get dmg or control from Zi

I think the problem is they design shimmer to be so game breaking that the only way to counter is with something equally game breaking instead of pursuing balance in design across rarities

What are you talking about? You can get any shimmer of your choosing. It’s a process, but there’s a pity… and you can also select any divinate you want
Dude, they significantly improve it. I remember when Shimmer records is very very very hard to come by, and there was no pity. Now, we have fragments, and they are very generous in giving Shimmer recs every patch, and plus the pity. I am not saying that it is easy to get Shimmer, it is still challenging. But that's the fun of it. You continue improving your Espers to make getting fragments and Shimmer recs a bit easier.

Petros will not counter her. Petros prevent other people's effects from triggering. Not if the effect comes from her. Like petros stops sue jue delaying death of allies. But can't stop sue jue from reading herself at r6.
No. If anything she counters petros, petros main selling point is that he's hp scaling damage unit and ignores effects from units have hp below him. And his main damage comes from counter attacks and joint persuite attacks. Ze hi is also a hp scaling unit with high hp so she can overpower petros ignore effects + she has the +50% damage to enemies and -50% damage to allies in her s3 which neuters petros. Final nail in the coffin is she cant die from special turns so petros just cant kill her or her allies that easily when she's on the field

I’m thinking about Petros passive. Petros’s passive blocks any death prevention or delayed death. Her passive isn’t a revive, but it seems more a death prevention like SJ, with HP recovery, so in my opinion Petros could counter her. Can you make a video about that?
