I am making this sweater, it's so cute, Thank you for the pattern & the tutorial! It will be my first MJ's Design. I discovered that if you are making a larger size, it is important to read the pattern for instructions because it says "after row 11, repeat rows 4 and 7, ending with row 4". That's important to know so that you end with the right amount of clusters for a larger size than she is making in her tutorial.
Hi, wondering if you finished this sweater yet. I'm working on it now in size 2XL for an over sized fit, and I'm on the ribbing of the neckline. I have like 4 inches of neckline that is just straight with no increases. Does the ribbing just overlap for that whole part?
I put off doing a top down Raglan for a long time as I was seeing so many people struggling with it. I didn't have to. Following the video and the pdf size medium, it was a breeze! Thank you Michelle (ma Belle mo😃) for your dedication to give us such good tools to create gorgeous garments. I'm75, French leaving in Australia and I started crochet least year in November. I'm having the best time following you and your FB community. Again thank you! 🤗
Just finished this sweater for a friend, and it turned out perfectly! So fun! I am now making it again for myself, and (in case anyone is looking for different yarn to use) I am using Lion Brand Ice Cream Scoop and it's working really well.
I am working on this sweater and I am using the red heart super saver yarn. So far I can tell the difference in the yarn you used and mine is that the sweater looks to be larger than yours. I think it's the weight of the yarn. I love how quickly this sweater works up. Thanks for helping me with the back loop ribbing around the arm and neck. I have always struggled with those.❤ You are very inspiring.❤❤
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I finished my sweater tonight and it looks great. I followed your directions for small size and used 3 skeins of Baby Bee Sweet Delight.
Wow this is amazingly beautiful, you are such a talented tutor. I find very difficult reading the crochet patterns and do not invest in them but find your tutorials are extremely helpful and easy to follow . Was wondering if you have a tutorial on a men’s V-Neck sweater without sleeves, I wanted to crochet one for my brother, since i have started crocheting he has been wanting me to crochet one for him 😅 He is almost 80years and i have just turned 70 this year and just a little gift for him to keep us more close to each other , no one knows what’s around the corner, thank you so much, appreciate a lot 🙌🙌🤗❤️🙏🏻
I am currently making this and really loving how it is coming out. The video tutorial is so helpful. Chapters in the video would be super handy. Just a suggestion. 😊
I fell in love with that pattern .. to the point I just watch the video while I'm crocheting something else..😂 I'm from Egypt and had my son who lives I the States buy me some of your patterns to make sure I got all sizes on PDF .. coz I make stuff as gifts too. I love your channel .. your tutorials are fun and relaxing. Thank you .. ❤
Thank you! I have been waiting for this V-Neck as it is the only type of sweater I am able to wear. Your hard dedicated work is appreciated. ~Debbie from Canada 🇨🇦
I agree with Debbie, but it would be great if you would kindley do a tutorial in a large size in between . That would be greatly appreciated . Thanks for all your hard work and dedication.
I loved making this over the weekend!! Thank you for the wonderful tutorial. I used fall (hallowed ish) colored yarns for an upcoming event. I did make this longer so I could wear it over leggings with knee high boots. So stinking fun! Thanks again!😊❤
Just finished my sweater. It was sooo much fun to make and so easy to follow along with you. Going on to make the granny pop cardigan. Can't wait to make more amazing garments along with you. 😊😊😊
I’m making this and I’ve made a few mistakes that I just caught but it seems to be coming together okay. I wish I could chat with others in real time!! This is so cute though. I’m stoked to wear it!!
Thank you so much for this beautiful pattern and tutorial. My sweater is just being blocked I can not wait to wear it and I enjoyed every minute of making it! THANK YOU :)
Beautiful, I love your work, thenk you so much. I have some Aran weight yarn I want to use up, if I followed this video for the smaller size, would Aran work up bigger to make a much looser sweater for my granddaughter? Hope that makes sense. 🙂
Thank you for this beautiful and easy to follow tutorial..though i used only one colour but it turn’s beautiful..thank you i hope you create more tutorial videos..
I love your patterns I am new to making anything wearable I am making one of your sweaters but I find working with the roving style yarn is difficult and I don’t know why are the yarns for your patterns a must or can we change the type of yarn used?
Hello! Loving this pattern! Was wondering when counting clusters if we count the 4 DC at the end of each row? I’m on row 5 and noticed when counting I have 36 clusters, 4 V sts. That is counting the last cluster of DCs increase. Hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance.
Love these sweater, I have purchase one pattern and one kit. I was wondering if these could be made with a bulky yarn and if so what the hook difference would be.
Hi MJ, I am currently crocheting this beautiful sweater. I am making the small along with you and my measurement are 25 inches across instead of 19. What did I do wrong? The sweater is for my daughter. I am using a cotton yarn because she’s allergic to acrylic, it’s a medium four. I have the right amount of double crochet clusters. I used the right size needle.😢
I need help. I am starting row 1 for the third time. I did watch the video as I went along . I’m just not getting it. I did purchase the pattern but I am learning to read patterns so it’s not helping much. Thank you in advance. Well, I walked away. Watered my plants and got it on the 4th try. 😅 I guess my brain wasn’t switched on.
Lovely pattern! Thanks for sharing. I live in a tropical zone, so worsted weight would be too heavy. What would I need to change to substitute a lighter weight yarn? TIA
Hi Love this pull over but am having difficulty when doing the size M, in the yoke i get to 66 clusters and thats for small like you show but then i repeat the 4-7 to end up with 72 before doing last two rows 7-4, do the 7-4 and i end up with 76 clusters and not 74
If I use chunky wool and a bigger hook will my jumper turn out bigger? I’m not very good at reading patterns and would really like to do this jumper but can’t follow written patterns
Hello Ms. MJ I am trying to make a size xl which show it should end on row 18. Don’t know why but I end up with 89 clusters instead of 90. Don’t know what I did wrong. Please help 🙏🙏. Thank you in advance.
2:03 Start Chain
2:34 Foundation
3:03 First Row
6:53 Second Row
10:03 Third Row (no increase)
11:32 Fourth Row
12:32 Fifth Row
13:17 Sixth Row
10:03 Seventh Row (no increase)
11:32 Eighth Row
12:34 Ninth Row
13:17 Tenth Row
10:02 Eleventh Row (no increase)

Thank you for naming and marking the row. That was badly lacking in this tutorial!
Blass you
You make the cutest things so that WE can make the cutest things. Thank you.
YEAH!!! I have been looking for a v-neck. As a large busted woman with a waist, this is perfect. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to make it.
You are so kind
Indeed
I do agree 👍👍👍👍👍❤

Probably more give to the fibers. Oversized will surely still look great!❤

Me encanta!! Como saber cuántas cadenetas de inicio usan para una talla M y talla L. Alguien me puede ayudar por favor. Help!!!

I figured it out🎉
Oiee!
Amei, muito linda!
Estou tentando fazer.
Obrigada por compartilhar. Tenho dificuldade com decote v.
Hiya new here its very nice of you to show us ❤, how would we go and add more in the arns instead of decreasing?
What other kind of yarn can I used??
Lovely pattern! Thanks for sharing. I live in a tropical zone, so worsted weight would be too heavy. What would I need to change to substitute a lighter weight yarn? TIA
Beautiful 😍
How many yards to make an XL?
Está muy bonito, pero quisiera saber qué tipo de hilo es por favor, si es algodón o de otro, gracias
Absolutely beautiful, I will be making this one as well!
Thank you, I start on this now.
Best of luck!
Beautiful, Thank you.
Hola está muy hermoso ese diseño cuanto de hilo utilizaste por favor
So after row 7 we don’t increase when we repeat rows 3,4,5,6,3,4? I ended up with 28 clusters following those rows again where you only have 18 🙈
Thank you! Its beautiful...must make💘
Those colors are so beautiful ❤
I went back to the video. For row 8 and up sorry guys I am lost.
Row 1 - 1 cluster before V
Row 2 - increase, 2 clusters
Row 3 - no increase, 2 clust.
Row 4 - increase, 3 clusters
Row 5 - increase, 4 clusters
Row 6 - increase, 5 clusters
Row 7 - no clusters, 5 clust.
Row 8 - increase, 6 clusters
Row 9 - increase, 7 clusters
Row 10-increase, 8 clusters
Row 11 - no clusters, 8 clust
Row 12-increase, 9 clusters
Rows 8, 9, & 10 increase just like Rows 4, 5, & 6; then Row 11 doesn't increase (chain 4), and Row 12 increases to make 9 clusters on the front V-neck sections. Does that help? ❤
Me too 😢
Me too 😢
I love V-Neck jumpers. How many skeins would you recommend for medium size.
Pattern requirements are in the description box :)
Yay! The pattern I was waiting for!
Is this the same pattern as the long white 1 too plz xx
How many v-sections are one the arm?
so beautiful. tks for tour time.
Is there another way of obtaining this pattern other than through ralvery please?
Krásný návod ,jdu na to 😀
Cute video! Another crochet channel that I like is EverythingStitching
Hello Ms. MJ
I am trying to make a size xl which show it should end on row 18. Don’t know why but I end up with 89 clusters instead of 90. Don’t know what I did wrong. Please help 🙏🙏. Thank you in advance.
So pretty!
Thank you! 😊
