Only v8 m3, last na m3, last coop/convertible m3... Got a murdered out one, dct, titanium exhaust, I’m never selling and after 2yrs ownership I truly feel like I got in early to the modern classic. Just a great car. Edit: sorry manners😔 GREAT REVIEW MATE VERY INFORMATIVE TOP JOB.
Haha thanks for the compliment bro, appreciate it! You’re right, this is the last great M3 in many ways. I think this is one of the best M3’s, especially cause it packs a V8! Your one sounds beautiful...just don’t sell it. These cars are starting to increase in price and will be a future classic. Love them 😍
When the wipers activate the car goes “oh it’s raining” and the callipers move the pads closer to the discs for friction so the discs stay dry... 😳amazing, just a great bloody car
I absolutely love my E93 M3 it’s a blast to drive here in California. I’m not tracking my car so I don’t mind the extra weight being my weekend car, plus the noise you get from the exhaust and engine is amazing. Cheers from the USA
Thank you David, appreciate you watching from the USA! This car must be awesome in California, the sun is always out, unlike England! And yes that V8 sound, especially when the roof is down, is just music to my ears! 🎶
Totally agree with this comment. I had no intention of tracking my E93 M3 , so like you the extra weight didn't matter to me. However, driving around with the roof down listening to that roaring V8 and the exhaust is the best thing ever. I really can't see me ever selling my E93 M3!
im about to look at one as well 117k miles 08 BMW m3 6 speed for 20k BUT its salvage title its space grey super clean with an orange color should i buy it david i am in the process of selling my E30 its so clean but the title is salvaged so its been a nightmare to re sell
@@startingtech3900 i personally wouldn’t bro, you can find a way better deal with less miles and less of a headache of the salvage title because you don’t know what happened to it, I’ve had salvage cars and you can never know how bad the damage was, I found mine, clean title, 90k miles and all service records for 24k, you can find a better deal just be patient , good luck bro 🤙🏼
That low end hesitation is definitely a misfire if the cold start auxiliary air pump was off. I've had a couple of M3's now. It's probably a bad coil pack.
great.. im lookingto buy a e93. started looking at 335i. then i found out about 335is. and further searches made me look at the m3. and now i get to learn they have a limited edition? hope i can find one for sale xD
Great review again Bobby. I was looking at purchasing an M3 e90 Saloon couple years back, kind of regret buying it now. I was contemplating either the M3 or the CL63 AMG. Guess which I chose?
I do love a M3 saloon however I don’t think it compares to the CL63 AMG...I’d take the AMG all day! That’s just brute force. What did you buy in the end?
That’s not everybody’s idea of fun and if looking to win the stop light GP, electric FTW. For me, I’m taking this all day over anything new short of a new Z06 or Blackwing.
Actually, I think you were right to start with, it sounds to me like it does have a low speed (slight) misfire, speaking as a e92 M3 owner (nearly 4 yrs) and a mechanic. That said, I didn't know the ctr cup holder could get AC! (hmm, not sure mine has that switch). I'm pretty sure the e92 M3 is quite a bit worse than the e46 M3 for MPG! Lol, but it's worth it for the glorious sound!😁 PS at one point it looked like you booted it down a residential street (maybe a 30?), not cool.
Hey bro, yep the owner took the car to. BMW specialist and they did confirm the slight misfire issue and sorted it. To be honest, I liked the sound of the misfire, the car sounded angry 😂😂 yep you’re right, e9x definitely worse in fuel than the predecessor. Sorry about the residential street, I wasn’t sure.
E30 215bh E36 3.0 277bhp E36 Evo 3.2 321bhp E46 338bhp E92 414bhp While the F82 may "only" have 10bhp more, it has more power from much lower down making it a much faster car. Which is also why one moment you say the E92 NA goes better than a turbo then 30 seconds later, it needs to be revved to get the power.
The F82 is not a "much" faster car. Light to light, some difference. But playing on the road at 120+? Neck and neck, comes down to driver. I sold my highly tuned N55 335i (which had no issues with F80 M3s) for my new-to-me E93 M3, and am THRILLED each and every time I drive it. And up revving high and rolling? It's a Porsche killer.
In short for me, the e92 is much better at responding as it’s naturally aspirated, however you do need to be a higher revs to appreciate it. The F82 is turbo’d which has a slight delay initially (only slightly) but as soon as the turbo quicks in, it’s fast! I wouldn’t say there’s that much in them once you’re going. Appreciate the comments though guys!
Appreciate the comment! Yeah I think it might be misfiring as it didn’t sound too right. The owner had a specialist look at it and he said the car is fine 🤷🏻♂️
I think you mean 0-60. And... I'm thinking you've never driven either one. Brochures are not driving. I've driven them both, and there is no noticeable difference light to light or 80-120MPH.
@@chrish5503 I agree, it would be very hard to notice the difference. You’ll only notice the difference on a track, when the coupes chassis will be more stiff and therefore better. But everyday driving, not much difference.
Lol you’re quite right Max, there’s something very therapeutic about watching the roof go up and down 😊 I wanted to shorten the video hence speeding it up
you have nice weather, a convertible - and you put the roof up and windows down to make this a "coupe drive" - what's the point? 25 minute video, 4 minute drive. seriously?
such a beautiful car! - keep up all the hard work bro...channel is fire!
Thank you bro, always appreciating your support! Glad you enjoyed the video 😊

The E46 M3 GTR was the first M3 to have a V8.
(Just saying) 🧐🧐
Great video bro. I'm glad you finally got to enjoy the V8 roar!!!
Thank you bro for giving me the car! It was worth the wait 😂 hope you enjoyed the video 👍🏼

@@dangerzone_davis you can’t find ANY e9x M3 for 20 now 6 MT
Thank the 2005 Audi RS 414bhp V8 monster for this M3, which is a beautiful motor. RS4 caught BMW nappin
That’s a good point!
I can’t wait to get mine this summer !
Hey, did you get one in the end?
S65 engine is like no other
Agree!
It has won numerous awards for a small displacement V8 ,of the best BMW engines ever !

Thanks, appreciate the comment. I’ll share your thoughts with the owner. I did think it was a bit hesitant when I revved it. Thanks for watching!
The low end hesitation? Noooooo. It’s the rev range as per video. What’s the time stamp where this is mentioned?
Nice review
Thank you for the kind words! 🫶🏼
Hi bobby
Could you do another video on the cl500. Amazing car, would love to see some POV interior driving shots.
Hey Jon, no problem. Give me a couple of weeks and I’ll do one 👍🏼
Bobby Drives
Thanks 👍🏽
I have one - more or less the same, mine is limited 500 edition... AWESOME but juicy.
Wow the 500 edition are super rear! Don’t sell it!

@@BobbyDrives yeah, I bought a CL63, lovely car, I've got the sedan version
The new M3 is over 500 horsepower if you opt for the competition model. Bi turbo 6 cylinder and awd make for blistering fast acceleration.
That’s not everybody’s idea of fun and if looking to win the stop light GP, electric FTW. For me, I’m taking this all day over anything new short of a new Z06 or Blackwing.

Good review

The E92 M3 runs a sub 4 sec 1/4 mile stock. E93s have all that extra weight!

Hey, I had some camera equipment which meant I needed the car roof up. The review is more on the car and it’s features.
