About Anjelah:
Anjelah Johnson-Reyes was born and raised in San Jose, California where she grew up with four siblings in a large extended family to which she remains close. Anjelah found herself an internet sensation and pioneer in viral UA-cam videos when her notorious “Nail Salon” bit from a local comedy show was posted and received over 100 million views! Shortly thereafter she was added to the cast on the original MADtv where she trademarked her legendary character, Bon Qui Qui. Similar to the nail salon video, the Bon Qui Qui sketch caught on and have been viewed by over 75 million people. The multi-hyphenate’s popularity has translated into four successful comedy specials: That’s How We Do It” (Comedy Central), The Homecoming Show (NUVO TV), Not Fancy (Netflix) and Mahalo & Good Night (Epix). She has displayed her acting prowess both on TV and film. Anjelah - one more tip for cutting onions - after you cut off the onion nipple, put that cut edge on the chopping board so the onion sits FLAT while you cut it in half. It is more stable and so more safe.

I was going to say the exact same thing! Cutting an onion that way is so much safer, it doesn't role on you. Another tip for cutting round produce (watermelons, pumpkind, and so on) is to wrap it in a "towel nest" on a cutting board, then cut it in half. After that, place the flat side down on the board and have at it.

Anjelah and the Modeen Proper, by watching Anjelah, correctly cut an onion (I had no cutting onion skills. onion peices were flying everywhere) now I know how to correctly cut an inion. I'm a foodie to so this is great, for me. I'll keep watching Foodies I Follow w/ Anjelah Johnson-Reyes.

I just made a lemon chicken tortellini soup on Thursday with Rana tortellini! I had never used it before but it was great! I will be buying other varieties of Rana!
