The first chefs that made the Macarons were extremely talented and it made me realize how hard it is to make them and why they cost so much compared to other cookies. I loved watching them make all of their cakes and loved how delicious it all looked. Thank you for sharing this video. 32:11
Something sweet about Japanese men who can be even sweeter while baking sweet desserts! When I was there 25 years ago I fell for sweet potato donuts and tofu dumplings. Subarashi!
