Meltdown is better
meltdown is better but malpractice is cheaper and has a almost equal damage output
Daniel Meijer Medical Malpractice offers an emp dot but the meltdown with offer a mega poison dot. So if the gun doesn't kill you, then there's a high chance the poison will so I'm with the meltdown.

gamingl like ya Mr well if your buying it with gems and want to make it a premium gun it is worth it but if you have the gems or coins for the Winslow I would prefer to get the Winslow. I have the Winslow premium and it dominates. But if you have the Winslow already then just get the meltdown. Hope I helped!! 👍

+Miggy Joven but the med mal is cheaper, cheaper to upgrade. They both have the same fire rat. The med mal has more range, the melt has 2 more damage. Damage isn't a big deal if you can play well, but range is.....
