- Philippine Airlines Rebrands Domestic Premium Economy Service to Comfort Class
• Philippine Airlines has rebranded its domestic premium economy service to Comfort Class, effective September 15, 2022, on all domestic flights operated by specific aircraft types. Comfort Class offers passengers a more comfortable and convenient flight experience with priority check-in and boarding, a 25kg free baggage allowance, 100% mileage accrual for Mabuhay Miles members, hot sandwiches and a choice of drinks, and seats with more legroom and seating near or at the front of the cabin for faster boarding and deplaning.
• In addition to Comfort Class, passengers can also choose to fly on Business Class (on selected routes) or Economy Class on domestic flights. For international flights, Philippine Airlines continues to offer a full Premium Economy service on select aircraft, featuring a separate private cabin, wider seats with personal video entertainment screens, legrests, and extra recline, and a seat pitch of 38 inches.
