Oh yeah that is some good eating. I never heard of wall eye fish but i know it sure looks good and taste better. Fish tail yes indeed you have to get it nice and crispy and yum to the yum.. If I ever get to Ohio I will surely find that fish. Thanks for sharing y'all.
