Well said about behaviour of builders, engineers or contractors… from my experience only way to escape from these scam is owner has to be committed 100% in all work and gain knowledge of all work. Don’t ever give more than 85% of money before work done. Thanks for the sharing your experience about builder’s scams

the limit they diffenetly will reduce the
