I’m EXCITED to share TWO NEW Ballad Blouse from Love Notions. When a pattern is THIS GOOD, what's one to do? make more of course. This time I am sharing a black version with PIN TUCKS instead of gathers and another with the SHIRRING on the shoulder with border print.
You will see how to sew the shirring in detail! also how to lengthen to short sleeve to have a regular long sleeve. Also, how to enclose the shirred shoulder seams. Fun sewing!
