Amazing lesson!!! Please, can I use the present tense at the examle 6: They could not visit the temple unless they change their clothes first. How can I use could, should and would in the conditional sentences? Are they indicate to the imaginary future only? Thank you and your wife for helping us to advance our learning English.
Thanks for your question and your kind words. We are happy to help you. Regarding your specific question, in number 6, "could" may indicate past simple tense or a conditional. If you consider this sentence to be a conditional, it would need to be second conditional because of "could" plus V1. For second conditional, the past tense would also be used in the dependent clause. I think you would probably get half points if you used present tense and got everything else right. To use present tense, you would need to shift everything to zero conditional "They cannot enter the temple unless they change their clothes first." or first conditional "They will not be able to enter the temple unless they change their clothes first".
Hi guys. I love your channel. Extremely useful. May I pose a request here? Would it be possible to upload some more key word transformation exercise vids for the C2/CPE level?
Thanks so much for your comment and positive feedback! We are planning on doing a second key word transformation video in the foreseeable future, but our intention was to bridge C1 and C2 for that one. Most of our learners are at a slightly lower level than C2! As we move forward, we will provide more content at that level.
This video has helped me to improve my skills a lot. However, is it that correct that in the last sentence there are 6 words? I thought we must use only 5.
Hello, Manok, thanks for your comment. Regarding your question, check at about 1:16 in the video, the 3rd slide with information on it. We made this video for all levels of the Cambridge test.
You have shifted the verb tense to the past simple passive, but the sentence and context suggests the present continuous to indicate the imminent planned future. What you have written is not necessarily wrong; however, it is always better to use the verb tense suggested by the original sentence unless you are shifting the tense due to reported speech or a conditional sentence.

We are very happy to hear that. Thanks for your positive feedback!
it a great video for me, and the most difficult was the number 8
We are happy to know this video is helpful. Thanks for your positive feedback. Number 8 is quite difficult as it requires six words!
LOVELY COUPLE!!

Oh, ok. I didn't notice that. Thanks!
In the number four I used "were cancelled by ..." Is that correct?
