Hey! I had my job offer before I left which was awesome, including my housing! I believe Winter jobs will come online around July or August :) so keep an eye out! Good luck! :)
hey! planning to move to whistler on a WHV end of 2025 did you go through a company or do it on your own? Im leaning more towards the latter but I'm worrier about not securing a job before getting there
Hey! That’s awesome that you’re planning on coming over. There is The Working Holiday Club who are a great company for helping you with your visa and getting a job. However my year they couldn’t guarantee me housing and I had already done my visa alone so didn’t feel I needed to spend my money on a company. It is scarier but definitely can be done as long as you spend your time now researching as much as possible so that you feel more confident. I watched a lot of YT, and I also spent a lot of time on the IEC Facebook group reading about everyone’s experience.
Hey! Great question! My brain kind of thinks of them as one thing now! I would say for your savings and for everything you buy while still at home (insurance, visa) in AUD and then everything I mentioned in Canada as CAD :)
First time I see a non french doing a video about IEC Visa 😊 ( I'm french) really interesting to see how people of other countries handle this
Haha that’s awesome! I feel like almost all I’ve seen has been Australia and UK! 😂
Thats a cool jumper, where did you get it?
Hey Caitlin!
Did you struggle to find work for whistler at first? / when does vail start to put up jobs on their website?
Thank you! :)
