Seems a pretty dumb strategy to me. You totally ignore the hero. Magnus Spellbane is a better hero for this level. You should always max out reinforcements once you get enough stars. The only troop towers I use on this level are the ones at the exit and magic towers on every other spot. The boss is killed before even reaching the second turn
