Fiskars QuikDrill™ garden drill

Fiskars QuikDrill™ abandons the large helical screw thread found in more traditional designs in favour of two optimally angled boron steel blades secured around a sharp drill spike. This design assists penetrating even more resistant soil types and avoids jamming as the thread penetrates further. The exiting soil comes up in a neat pile for ease of disposal once the hole has been excavated.

Thanks, the Fiskars QuikDrill did exactly what I needed to remediate soil over-compaction in my vegie patch! Bunnings only had one drill and no spare parts or the L or S blades but turned out the 150mm size blades were perfect.
