Human beings are emotional beings, we tend to overlook the contribution of the Male Figure in the family. Both parents deserve equal love. But we men are used to receiving less as that's human nature and we hide the pain of it. Also we are attracted towards what we don't have. Men are attracted to feminine energy and women are attracted to masculine energy. So Sons tend to love moms more whereas Daughters tend to love fathers more. Male children crave love, comfort and warmth while growing up, which is usually provided by moms whereas girl children look for protection, strength and safety which is provided by dads.
