Comet have Fixed Cast Time: 2 seconds
Cooldown 20 sec = Kardui Ear + Laphine Shield Reduce all of Cooldown
item that Reduce 2sec Fixed Cast
1.Old Magic Stone Hat Enchant Magic Essence Level 6 Reduce 0.6sec
2.+11Blue Dragon Plate Reduce 0.2
3.+11Great Hero Boot Reduce 0.7
4.Warlock Stone Garment I/II Reduce 0.5
Also you need to have int + Dex*2 = 530 Stat for Instant Cast
*Skill Delay is the main thing to Reduce also !
My Set Reduce about 88% Delay As you can see i can spamm Comet Super quick
So 4main Thing to do
1.Reduce Cooldown 20sec
2.Reduce Fix-Cast 2sec
3.Instant Cast int+dex*2 = 530
4.Cast Delay More Delay You reduce More skill Spamm you will get

even with battle manual, your exp % is really slow, this is the kind of nightmarish leveling phase that scared me real bad lol
