This is a very solid tutorial and exactly what I needed. The base canvas is so flat, it needs elevation, and elevation needs skill and finesse to pull it off. Thanks for all the content.
I just finished my park in JWE2. Got back to that game after 4 years I think. I played jwe1. And jwe2 is amazing. The way you can create parks is so satisfying. I need to get it on ps5 though, cause Xbox one lags a bit, the graphics not that great anymore and crashes sometimes 😂
The second game is leagues ahead, even if it doesn't seem like that at first, but just the amount of different vegetation and textures on each map is amazing!
Omg I just found your Videos and this is on a whole different level than anything I have done before. I didn’t even scratch the potential in building parks you just showed me. I’m really excited to try these out myself and keep up the amazing work
Amazing exhibit! You create such a wonderful parks. Can you please make a video in the temperate biome on a similar theme (mountains, forests, lake or even wetlands, ect.)
Thank you so much! I think that with mountains and valleys the same rules apply for every biome, but if you're looking for some inspiration on temperate biome enclosures, check out my 1 biome 6 enclosures video on the temperate one, the cascades, or the Germany park 😁 plenty of enclosures there 😊
What I found out doing this is that you can also create volcanos like this but I have no talent. Maybe you could try it out yourself and do a tutorial for good looking volcanos
This is one of the times when having jwe2 would be a lot better because in jwe1 as you already know you can’t raise the terrain that much which is a shame because this is such a good build and I probably would have used it if I had jwe2
@@JurassicTom it’s a shame that even though jwe1 isn’t their first priority, frontier don’t update it anymore to have some of the necessities that jwe2 has because jwe2 isn’t available on platforms like Nintendo switch which I play on
@@anticlaws4105 I'm sad to hear that 😕 hopefully you'll get a chance to get the game soon, because it is a huge step forward from the first game, even tho it might not seem like it at first
Awesome! I will certainly incorporate these into my own parks. Also do you know if the invisible fences are available on all maps? or just the biosin valley one
another great Work!! Wow! These Days i try to create a Water Park. But damn, every few minutes my Dino´s escape. Quetzi is just flying out of the Avery, some Para´s just walk through the fence! This is hell buggy. Even when i build a double Fence. They just walk through. This game needs some more Bugfixes.
Thank you :) Actually, I might. I was initially thinking of only uploading my parks, but some of these tutorial builds could prove handy for some people I guess :) I'll give it a thought.
My Jurassic Park 2001 is based in JP3 😉 it's not exactly 100% accurate, it has my own spin on it as I explain during the tour, and since I've done that already, I do doubt that I'd do another JP3 themed park, but who knows, maybe in a far distant future 😅
If you want to make exact JP3 movie based park it would be perfectly fit on Biosyn valley because you will get free fog environment if I'm not wrong. I'm telling you because I know you can make it better, that's y. :)
Can you actually walk us through a tutorial instead of showing? Flattening the raised area with water only brings it back down to where I started (level ground). And making it taller only gives a short pyramid shaped hill. Like actually give step by step instructions to the non creative.
It's all about enlarging the area enough to be able to then flatten it upwards with water. Also, it cannot be too high at once, cause then the terrain won't "jump" as much. Then you make the terrain tool a little smaller and create little ridges with the flatten and raise tools. It's all just about playing with it enough to get it to look realistic 🙂
What a beautiful valley, the Sierra Nevada map is like a natural gift with the way it is already made and as such doesn't require so much work.
I'll make sure to build a mountain on that one 😉
@@JurassicTom cool, the hills it has are gorgeous and the lakes are so calming.

No problem, glad you could get some inspiration 😊
I have suggestion on making the valley a little better you can use snow in a way to make it look like a waterfall
I just put up an evo's discord server that I needed to get better at building. This will help A LOT
Thanks s lot! Glad to hear that!

t-rex - Grimlock
triceratops - Slag
pteranodon - Swoop (Strafe)
spinosaurus - Scorn
stegosaurus - Snarl
diplodocus - Sludge
hope you'll like it)
Thanks, I'll make sure to use them in some of my future builds 😊
I would love too see you come back to this now we have zip lines!
I'm actually doing something similar while using ziplines in my Jurassic Medieval Fantasy live streams, the second one is coming tomorrow 🙂
Using the water brush as a flatten tool is so smart
I thank EVO for that 😁
Thanks for the tutorial :) this is helpful to fill in the huge gaps in my park!

Nice video I need to get better at stuff like this thank you for this
Thank you :)
@@JurassicTom no problem love the videos
Perfect tutorial, perfect park! Thank you
Thanks so much! Glad you liked it 😊
I’m wondering if I possibly had a play in this video going up . . . probably not.
I've been planning this for quite some time, since many people have been asking for it, so if you were one of them, then yes :D
Thank you Tommy
I wish there was a multi-rock place tool or something in the game
Good video thanks for the tips
Thank you 😊
Very interesting tutorial I need to make mountain's more but I don't know how to make small ones now I do. Hope you get better jarrasic tom

Can u make a video on how to make a decorative wildlife sanctuary for wild dinosaurs please? 🙏

Thanks so much 🙂 glad you got some inspiration, in Sandbox they are available everywhere, other than that I don't really know, but I'd guess not
with the new update (6), you will remake this map with new structurations !! It's verry funny vidéo, good job !!
Thanks so much! I might not remake this particular enclosure, but I will for sure make use of the new additions to the game we got 😁
beautiful

In Wht Island u made this
This is the Oregon map :)
What's the name of the song in the background of the video
Found it on youtube under Chill Instrumental [Non Copyrighted Music] 'Embrace' :)
Hi is the invisible fence a mod? Or what is it? 😊
It's a part of the Biosyn expansion, so it's official 🙂 I'm keeping away from mods until they're finished with updates on the game 🙂
@@JurassicTom thank you for answering :)

Beautiful as always but I don´t think that you are the real Tom beacuse you forgot about the rocks. That isn´t normal.
I was as perplexed as you must have been 😅 thanks so much! 😁
This hard to build
It just takes a little patience 🙂
