@@JustRememberWhoYoureWorkingFor I recently figured out what it was, its just the sound that's heard when you are reaching 100 feet below the selected altitude on the autopilot.

It means the Rollout for landing is ‘Armed’

Does the autopilot always do the go-around on an instrument procedure in IMC?
Ideally yes- use autopilot but it is also normal for initially commencing the Go-Around manually then engaging autopilot quickly after that
The boxes in the back don’t like go-arounds.
