Son's presence alone forces defenders to defend him, meaning they go to him, even 2 -3 defenders, leaving holes in the defense elsewhere to be exploited . ..as per Van De Ven goal. I'd think Spurs would be aware of this and utlising it. Of course the moment they don't go out to guard him, he's gonna shoot and goal. It must be a nightmare for a defender.😖Doh!

Well done Spurs . 3-1 important victory in a prominent game . Controlled the most of the game and the attacking front is strong . Just one single flaw which is repetitive is that you concede a lot of goals and your defence is open a bit but i think Ange would work on that for next season.
