Martin Poulter - Wikidata Project

Dr Martin Poulter has a PhD in the Philosophy of Science from the University of Bristol and is the former Wikimedian In Residence at the University of Oxford. There he created the Astrolabe Explorer, an open data set hosted on Wikidata describing astrolabes and their creators. He presently works for the Khalili Collections, using Wikipedia and Wikidata to describe objects, including scientific instruments, from the world's largest private collection of Islamic art.
