What I love about this interview is that I’ve never knew or noticed Vesia being a nice guy or smiling .. he’s so intense in games and He always looks serious and mad lol, he is genuinely happy and stoked and I love to see that side ! That jus shows how competitive this guy is and I love that

This guy is amazing. There are different things I love and appreciate about all the Dodger players, and with Vesia... it's his INTENSITY. When he gets the strikeout, or that difficult third out on a grounder after a 25 pitch inning, etc. his emotion/elation is contagious and awesome. I love Vesia, he brings so much energy he's so incredibly fun to watch, he's had somewhat rocky last couple years but I'm glad he's figured it out and dominating he's one of my favorite relievers to watch. he's one of the guys that makes the dawgs the dawgs
Vesia always has his game face on. When he comes off the mound he's usually pounding his glove after finishing his missin. I've never seen him smile until now.

I am a diehard Dodger fan and I think his dad needs to stay a diehard Yankees fan. If it was my Dad, I hope he wouldn’t change allegiance. It would be fun to smack talk a bit.

I went to a Dodger/Cubs game in Chicago this year. I watched Vesia talk to a group of fans for a half hour plus. He seems like a great guy.
I love Vesia so much. He's one of my favorite players. It's easy to look up to someone who has so much passion. The Dodgers are family.
Alex is a great guy! He was walking into the dugout in Colorado before a Rockies dodgers game and he signed my ball for me!
