- A 20 Minute video dedicated to STREET RACING - $1200 up for grabs in a 24 car, heads up street racing event! In 3 hours,we pulled off one of the best street races the midwest has ever seen with truly streetable cars, no trailers, heads up, for a little bit of cash, it was an awesome race with some very competitive cars. The FR8TRAIN, LSX Willys, a 1100 HP TT Fox Body, a 600 HP STi, and many more amazing street cars battling it out! Just a bunch of great street racing action!
This goes to show that a all wheel drive STI deserves some type of respect
I'm still impressed that the subaru with its 500HP has gone through thousands of horsepower and got to the finals, good job subaru..good job !!

Seemed to have lower gearing or a really closely geared trans cos he was grabbing gears like me on my Yamaha blaster lol he held it on the big end but maybe the awd got him out quite a bit but his top end seemed to be there to keep it. my 2c ha great races. I liked the turbo TA

That Subi had some really nice launch's (and yes, also sounded amazing). That's what kept him in the running against all the beasts.
I love V8's and straight 6's but if you've ever had the chance to drive an STi you know how fucking quick they are.
Hard to make power though...these 500whp builds cost a fortune.
.yea the block to make 500+ safely is 17k lol the one I want anyway is a cosworth long block 83mm bore goes to 1200 at the crank safely slot of money for that shit tho.
yeah 400whp isnt too much but after that shit starts to break and you need to get everything forged

Anything with a 2JZGTE, RB26DETT, or any LS SERIES CHEVY engine is sick... Perfect sound, highly reliable, and hold down power more than anything. Chevy, Nissan, Toyota, all day. Mopar isnt bad either, I would die for a 68-69 Roadrunner 440 6 pack.

Subies represented, but hard to beat the huge HP numbers. Most impressive thing about the TT Fox was it's ability to hook up - great build.

yeah, I have hardly ever seen them but they're around. Must just be specific gas stations that sell them.

Ann Treiber just because you can doesn't mean you should. Take the time to read the warning label on the back (takes about 1/5 of the can). That shit is poison man. Watching the beater bomb Mustang belch flames the entire run will NEVER get old, love that. Also very interesting how the Mustang didn't even let the Subie get half a car length on the launch being AWD vs RWD, that car was dialed in for the street very well!
Yea mustangs aren't slow especially the foxes. They just don't weigh anything. I strongly believe Chevy puts out more torque but the weight difference makes up for it.

Yes it is a LS 347ci TT (I think tc76 turbos) powered Car with a Powerglide. The whole argument of ford vs chevy thing is quite pointless since everything comes down the amount of money the owner of the car can afford to put in it and the full setup as a whole. However it is very important to point out that these LSX engines are being put into everything and anything (including Ford cars) making crazy amount of power. This Fox Mustang combo just works that is why he won great powerplant+ lightweight car+ good suspension+Good tranny is the winning combo. People gotta put aside their 5/6 speed comments and realize that to be able to compete reliably at this far up in the game they wont ever be as effective as a computer shifting or fewer gear changes.
i mean honestly i love fords and chevys i have a 91 lx notchback but chevy motors just make more power in the end than fords do but im not saying that any particular ford cant be faster than a chevy but i dont see any 1000 hp pump gas big block fords or 650 hp pump gas ford small blocks

***** Better street car too. I've driven a 500hp STI and the owner even admits its a bit much for the street and reliability is questionable at best. No torque at low rpms and no more running on 93 Octane.

very nice rides, I was impressed with the light weight Jeep was doing well. but loved the Subarus exhaust sound and the final winner.

That was a sick mini cash event. TT FOX and beater were the same car, probably similar build, my opinion is that the beaters tires had no more grip left. All the cars were fun to watch, pitty 2 of them broke down! ;D
