Yes it works but you have to add 3 to 4ml of oil in water i did it and it actually works if you didn't understand then this is the easiest method
1- add water in a cup
2-add your favorite watercolor
3-add you sprinkles
4- add 3 to 4 ml of oil
5-add the cotton thread attached with plastic like she had shown
6- now add the spark in the cotton
Now your candle is ready
