      The most common description for the injection we get is that it feels like a pinch. Are you referring to the injection or reaction to the medication?

      @@menMD_ The actual injection. I’ve tried doing, the Urologist tried, and a nurse. Always painful. More painful than the time I dislocated my shoulder. The Trimix just makes things slightly achy, the injection is what getting stabbed with a hot poker must feel like.

      That sounds very painful. Have you tried Intraurethral Gels? It's slightly less effective but there's no needle so it might be more comfortable than injections.

      @@menMD_ Early days, but have had some success with the gel - definitely better then pills.

    How common is it with injections to get a erection over 3 to 4 hours and have to go to emergency room ?

      It's not uncommon which is why you don't want to make sure you work closely with your doctor to titrate your dosing when starting the treatment. Meaning, start with a lower dose and slowly increase to the right dose for you.
