I think having any job and not being crushed under debt is success. Imagine everyone "following their dream" and then a pipe breaks and your basement starts filling with shit. Then what? Marc cant play piano and scream at the shit until it goes back into the pipe.
You understand that he didn't say quit your job he just said he hated it some people enjoy being plumbers other would feel like it's hell everyone has different ambitions
