Featuring Famous INTPs Bruce Banner, Hiccup, Dick Grayson (Robin), Data, Garfield, Miss Almira Gulch (the Wicked Witch of the West), Patrick Star, and Alice Kingsleign
I made an hour long extended version of this video if anyone is interested in watching it. It adds some extra time to each of the characters and adds 5 more INTPs (Napoleon Dynamite, The Grinch, Kowalski, Professor Wiseman, and Mason “Dipper” Pines). Link: ua-cam.com/video/Da3FMitIdug/v-deo.html
I really appreciate you putting Patrick in here as an Intp I swear just because we get labeled intp does not necessarily mean we are glass wearing geniuses I’m a bit more complicated than that, the inner machinations of my mind are an enigma
INTPs need to realize that people can change types throughout life and it's actually pretty common to. Don't get too wrapped up in typecasting it's an easy trap for INTPs to fall into.
@@env0x as an intp i use mbti just for reference or to get a general idea, its easy for me to get stuck with an idea or feel restricted so i just remind myself it's more like a 'spectrum'
Fun fact : I'm french and for me Garfield have the accent of Quebec. Hearing the true french version is weird. When I was young my parents used to download movies from internet and sometimes the only good quality files was the Quebec dub ones. Garfield was one of them.
The thing is, I've taken the test 50xs and been intp and ive done it 30x as an adult, however my friend whis bipolar gets different a lot so i think like having multiple personalitys can change it. mine was different at first because i wasnt comfy in my life and was going through a lot, i didnt want 2 be judged, because i was showing my mom and she already stereotyped my spychopathy, and treated me differently, so i didn't answer mine honestly the first x, ive done it many xs though and its the same, despite me being an ambivert, because their is what your dominant at and not, believe it or not introverts can like people and act like extroverts, and thinkers arent emotionless, wow wild right? im not an infp just because i cry more than most, i have a disorder where im more sensetive than others, a lot of things i relate too, but i never switch i just change a bit, ive been I've same my whole life but when i was young i was insecure, and now im ontop of the roof, but im still the same
Strictly according to the criteria, he is introverted most of the time instead of extroverted, intuitive instead of sensing, thinking instead of feeling, and spontaneous instead of planning. I personally don’t see him as that borderline on any of the questions, but what is your opinion on what type he is instead of INTP and why?
He can't be a Sensor since in the first scene there were clearly abstract shit on his mind, minding small details, he was even brutally honest with spongebob. and doesn't mean he gets easily angered he's already a Feeler. (it's more likely being turbulent), and "Thinking/Feeling" is by decision making. you can see here that he's obviously a thinking type. As an INTP myself, I'm easily grumpy, and we may look dumb, only because we struggle to express more of ourselves because of our burst of abstracted mindset + perceiving. Manifesting the Introverted Intuition.

got this from a comment on pdb: I feel like this Tumblr post explains well why Patrick is an INTP: Introverted Thinking (Ti): Patrick practically lives inside of his head most of the time, with a bizarre set of logic that he uses to make decisions and justify his actions. Despite his low intelligence he is very rational, always treating situations as they are, and doing what he finds to be logical. Counting out occasional emotional outbursts he is very impartial and impersonal. He is always willing to give Spongebob his objective and impartial opinion, often acting as his voice of reason when his emotions get in the way. His logic is obviously very faulty and usually makes no sense to other people, but it all makes perfect sense for Patrick. As he tells SpongeBob, “The inner mechanisms of my mind are an enigma.“ He doesn’t explain how he thinks, he just thinks.

I can’t believe the Garfield movie actually happened

And they made a sequel.

I have a black cat and he loves watching this movie with me.
@@jeremygrossnickle5561 aww that is too cute. Mine just likes to nap/sit near me.

Exactly! That’s what I’m thinking 😂
I would argue tony stark is also INTP sometimes ENTP
It’s a similar situation with Velma. It also depends greatly on which interpretation of the character we’re talking about.
nah he is too extroverted and sociable to be an INTP, probably an entp or estp
i think intps are more underground

Focus on the cognitive function
Interesting you say that because I could really relate to some of his actions but I only do them when I’m really comfortable with the people around.

Some cats are also types as istp.
Never thought I could relate to Dick Grayson!😆❤️❤️
I will overlook the 1 second too much
Who else checked to see if it really was 16 and 1/4 minutes?
Hahaha is that one of the traits of intp?
Actually, it's 16 and 1/4 minutes with a remainder of 1.
what Garfield is also intp thats a new thing to know lol

Very cool. Good job I really enjoyed this.
Glad to hear. 🙂

There is no way Patrick Star is an INTP. Too little regulation. Too little criticality. I don’t think any appear in SpongeBobSquarepants.
