Agreed, but I think one of the reasons Pally wanna quit the AZ is that he does so much practice with random people. Sometimes he does 10-15 matches on some charecters before even recording a video. He should consider getting viewers as co-players and cut down on the random time spending.

So Pally, fun fact I happened to stumble across because of a recent match with a new player. Deathwing can be healed by Alex (enemy or friend), but also by an enemy Malganis who uses his Dark Conversion Ult incorrectly. Perhaps you can drop it in your Malganis video since DW is already done.
I can hear Pally's voice for this "Fun fact, Malganis is one of only two characters who can heal Deathwing. If you find yourself on the opposing team against a Deathwing you can actually fully heal him by giving him all of YOUR health... Don't know why you'd do it, but it's a fun fact."
Ok so weird technicality here but I believe for some reason you can heal him with Lili's cleanse since it has a heal tied to it (like dw needs a cleanse anyway but still)
@@Derplordington Just tested in game to be sure and no Deathwing can NOT be targeted by Li Li's "cleanse" (Let's Go), he should not be able to be targeted by ANY friendly ability. You can't even dash to him with Karahzim. If at any point he could be targeted by friendly abilities that would be a bug.

Man, i havent played the game in 3 years after starting it back in beta and I dont watch you as much as I used to (which was every single second of your content for years) due to, well, life i guess, but I'll always come back for A to Z. its the most nostalgic feeling to watch you play the heroes and talk about their past. really grateful that youre still keeping it up and i really hope youre doing well, pally!
As someone who plays a lot of Dehaka, I see people sleeping on Hero Stalker especially in a dark swarm build since you get essence for each nearby enemy hit by dark swarm, just a note for any aspiring dinosaur players out there :)
I also enjoy that talent, I usually take one who collects for the merc aspect since I usually only play qm and teammates aren't really ever getting camps
14-3 now following your builds. This is not at all how I typically play him other than the level 4 and 7 talents in part because I'm terrible at using Adaptation properly and not understanding everything about how brushstalker works. I played like garbage this match but had at least a couple good plays like using my drag to interrupt a nuke from orphea and pull her towards the towers to kill her and steal her nuke
every time pally mentions his movement speed, I can only think of the speed at which he abandons his teammates. I love watching pally, but it's super noticeable how often he retreats at first sign of an enemy, or just leaves his fellow players to die.
I picked this back up recently originally played in 2016-2018 it’s a good game but unless u have 1 to 2 friends to play with it’s gotta be one of the most toxic gaming experience I’ve ever had.
As a Dehaka main, the talent choices hurt me. I'll argue to the end that the minion talent at level 4 isn't worth it. You're far better off with the essence level 1 as it offers more per wave and the teamfight on-kill essence at 4. The essence siphon from your W it offers is invaluable and essence on kills boosting to 20 is crazy good for turning the tide of a fight. These talents allow you to detatch yourself from lanes. You're not locked to minions for essence, allowing you to help with camps, objectives and jungle fights without worrying about essence. You can pretty much fight forever with that setup. With Vikings on their team too, the other level 4 can generate tons of essence per tick, letting you pressure the enemy constantly. He's such a bully built that way.

I've been in continuous teamfights that lasted literally 8+ minutes where not once did I back or leave the fight. I was there the entire time, no death despite some heroes having died and respawned 4 times in said fight. He's a monster. One of the few heroes I'm confident getting kills with even outnumbered 3v1.
@@chaoslink1158 He is so much fun for those scenarios and when you add the talent that the more essence you have the more damage you deal, no other hero scares you.
My go to dehaka build is always his "tank" build with Tissue regen. You have a balance of dealing damage at max essence c/o primal rage or having almost perpetual sustain by having inceased regen and the ability to remax your essence faster by grabbing globes. Essence claws maximizes that by adding another source of essence. I also find that the Dark swarm build with burrow talents works great as well but it does hinder your essence gathering, so I would only recommend this with a good healer teammate.
Bush build is very fun. It must be terrifying for somebody who gets tongued in a bush and then dragged away at faster-than-mount speed. It's kind of useless when attacking core, though.
The one thing I see too many dehaka players do is waste time moving enemies with the Q. Especially now the with increased attack speed, in a 1 on 1 fight. Just q and start wailing on the opponent. You do a ton of damage and with the cdr talent can almost q again once they are free.

One fun thing they removed with the recent dehaka buffs that should be noted for posterity's sake : enhanced agility affected tunneling claws leading to a 140% movement speed boost when going through bushes burrowed. As I said sadly it got removed but damn it was fun.

Man.. I came across a former pro hots player recently, and now I kinda wish I didn't. I always enjoyed Pallys videos so much because his skill compared to his QM friends/enemies just seemed so good. Turns out he's more in the "slightly below average" skillwise.. His map awareness and macro decision are still good, but in combat.. woof xD But no matter, still a very entertaining person to watch, and always likeable :3
Dehaka and Tassadar are my favorite characters in the game. I came up with a pretty tanky build for Dehaka I've been using for years. I'm not sure if it is the "right" build, but I love it.
For the first dragon you actually gave it up by tping bottom because you never aftually got back to your lane and just gave ghoulish daniel the lane for free. The global was simply poorly timed

It's often in a losing fight and if he stays he dies too.
Maybe because he isn't a feeder like the others who just prefer the entire team to be wiped to sound like 'heroes'.

YES! That is such a fun way to play Dehaka and it really allows you to bully anyone while sponging all their damage.
