This is really good advice. I too, have found when I take notes and continue to review them, the information stays with me and I am better able to apply it to my life. I have also found that when I read out loud I understand it better.

I always underline and mark up books I read, and your idea makes sense and offers a shortcut to reinforcing what "stuck out" as I read. I agree that the actual writing down of the things that became "bullet points" in my brain would help them stick! Thanks for a quick but helpful video.
