It's a really nice bike. I just bought the 2020 version. A thing i didn't like was the stock tires. They are absolute crap. But that was an easy fix. Another thing is that Trek did not mount the back plate behind the front derailleur. Is yours missing as well ?
@@rrrrriggs Durano plus 25 mm, folding tires. They are a good deal more heavy, but I need the better puncture resistance. Have you found any problems with the bike since you bought it? Mine has only around 200 km on it so far. Are the brakes doing good still?
SpeedyK I will check those tires out. Nothing worse than changing a flat on the road. I have about 2,000 km so far and no issues. The only problem I have is when the bike sits for more than a week that the rear derailleur doesn’t shift right away. I have to shift up and down a few times before getting movement. Don’t know what that is about But I will ask the bike shop when I take it in for the fall maintenance.
@@rrrrriggs Try giving all the moveable joints in the rear derailleur a spray with wd-40. If that does not help, you may have a bad shifting cable. Good to hear you don't have any serious issues with the bike.
@Chef Bojan Not that much with all that gear and 3 big ass drinks. I've got a 2019 FX6 as well and I ride with half that gear. I'm only like a month and a half back into cycling but am averaging 10-12mph on 30 mile trips which are around 50km. Bringing that up pretty fast though the snow will start soon here. I can't imagine this guy is doing much better or even that with all that gear he's carrying.

How was it is it worth the money

I think it would be. If it is in good shape. New ones are currently $2800.00.

Let me story my speed...i have fuji traverse...14kg, my 100km average speed ca 25-27km/h
