I think Randoph is convincing himself that he can take bad comments, more than he actually can. Maybe because he’s around people that do have this thick skin (Simon, JJ, etc). But based on how much he talks about the critics, he doesn’t have this thick skin.
tbh i think even Simon doesn't take them well. The way he says sidemen fans hate me and Ethan, I don' t think he realizes the real fans do not hate him or Ethan or any of them. They are both looking at the hate way too much and putting way too much weight on it. I feel bad for them

I know Randolph has a lot going on but his just so inconsistent. Does something, stops ... over and over. Just take this break to properly think! You're talented but you should be owning your branding ... Steaming, vlogs, music, pokemon, ace grading, podcast etc. It's too much and the quality of each gets worse with everything else.

Never stays consistent in promoting his grading company, hows it ever going to do well when most people don't even know it exists. Same with his music, he hasn't rapped in years. I agree with the last statement. In some episodes I've watched, Randolph constantly compares himself with his friends financially, leading him to live way above his means without him realizing it.

It suck’s because I actually still really enjoy these podcasts and I have a feeling they’re not ever coming back to be honest. Or if they do come back it’ll be a while from now, definitely not a few weeks off like they’re talking about in this episode. Nah with Simon’s consistency throughout the years, the pod will 100% come back. For Randy, I understand he’s to busy to even do this pod, and that’s why he’s prioritising business over this which completely makes sense.

I know the break was good, but I miss What’s good. This was my Wednesday routine. I loved having the podcast on while I got dinner ready of finished up some work.. I really hope it comes back soon. I miss Simon’s level head and Randolph’s chaos. It’s a great mix. I also love the tid bit Nick and John would throw in from behind the scenes. Anyway I hope you are all having a good start to the year and you are feeling refreshed.
I don’t think they’ll actually come back to be honest. Which makes me sad because I actually really like this podcast but they’re either not coming back or if they do come back then it’ll be a long time from now. Like a year or more. I hope I’m wrong but they just don’t seem to enjoy it at all anymore. Almost like it’s just a hassle for them to do.
@@jking8025 I like these lads but committing to weekly podcasts is a huge burden especially when each presenter already has a busy schedule. Once the silences start building up in the episodes then it is apparent that they are struggling to chat about new and popular topics. There needs to be an agenda of subjects to discuss and also control the topic and not go off on a tangent. The podcast has a polished appearance but the presenting abilities is yet to level up in the same way.
The problem is this just isn't a great podcast. What does this offer? The chemistry seems stiff, it doesnt look enjoyable a good portion of the time, there are no guests (I mean look at Happy Hour... worlds apart). A lot of the podcast just feels like stodge.

Let’s be real this podcast is horiffic! Randy needs to go to therapy amd stop thinking he can do 15 different things badly! His content speaks volumes of someone who is struggling. It’s all over the place trying everything to give himself any sort of purpose
A lot of the top podcasts set up a shared google doc and note things down on it throughout the week, then use it as a bit of an agenda during the podcast. Also a set weekly filming time so there's no back to back filming with nothing to discuss
it is way more than 10 people and just more than hate, it's a lot of pages on social media in general that takes clips of Randy being personal and uses them for interactions

I feel like the podcast got stale like 1.5 year ago, but adding "new blood" in John and Nick kept it going. If you are planning to continue eventually, you need to stop talking about same stuff over and over. Get someone to direct the pod, get the topics/ new questions. You can not start every podcast with "Oh what have you been up to?" Last 40-60 pods are 80% the same. I think the old low budget pods were much better, not this "trying to look professional" bs. Old ones were pure vibes.
this used to be my favourite podcast to listen to so I'm actually glad they're taking a break because its needed. Recently just felt like Randy talking about himself and his struggles, which is obviously a normal thing to do but it's become way too much which is not enjoyable for the viewer.
Everyone sometimes just needs a break and mental reset. When you guys do come back it might be a good idea to do an episode every other week if it’s a busy month. Definitely excited to see the ideas after the break 👍.

It’s funny that they’re talking about not just chilling as friends but in reality, everything they do is just extremely fun shit that most people would love to do with their friends. But I guess for them it’s just become work so it’s not as fun as it should be.
This podcast believe it or not got me through depression because i had moved to a dif country n fell into depression but i listened to whats good everyday from the old vids up till the new vids and it helped me every morning before school. So im sad that they are taking a break but they should have one because they haven't had one but thank u randy and simon♥️

just found out the podcast is over cuz of the most recent miniminter vid, and honestly I'm glad it is, there was a time period where every episode struck gold, but when you get to the point of doing the podcast only for the sake of "doing it" then yeah it should be over, would rather you lot focus on producing less content and be chill than post frequently and be stressed, definitely the right decision to make, also hope randy does well in the future he seems like he's been going through it

I know my opinion might not carry much weight and the likely hood of any of the Podcast team seeing this is minimal, but as someone who loves the podcast-not only for seeing all the guys but also as a personal "Productivity Motivator"-I believe taking a break would be beneficial for both Simon and Randy. They have a lot on their plates, and stepping away for a bit could relieve some of the pressure of keeping up with the podcast.🎙 I'm not sure when John's challenge deadline is, but I think refreshing the set-like changing the lighting, adding new items to the shelves, or switching up the overall aesthetic-could give the podcast a fresh start and spark some new motivation. When the podcast returns, you could kick things off by having John as the 'guest', where he can share his progress, and you could dive into all the new topics you’ve had time to gather during the break! ✨ That's just my opinion and what I think could possibly work. Either way, looking forward to the Podcasts and Randy's vlogs continuing 🙌

The podcast has grown to a point where there is nothing more to talk about other than Sidemen shoots and Randy had nothing more to add to the podcast. Time to regroup and hopefully Randy can gain more experience in life to expand his view on everything
You’ve both been running the pod for a fair few years now, think the break came at a good time. Just seems like Randy’s going through a lot, always speaking negative, whether comments that absolutely do bother him no matter what he says or other personal stuff. Also defo need to try to get some sort of actual schedule with thought out topics, not some crap from TikTok all the time. Actually have a plan lol, just feels like you boys have just been coasting for a while now. Hopefully everything is okay with Randy 🙏🏽
I think the problem is is you guys want to care about the podcast but don't actually care (I.e. Planning to film the day before but last minute planning means no guests and bad topics). This leads to no structure, and trying to use it as a catch up conversation but you all recognize it's not been a priority. Kind of frustrating since it's pretty clear Simon is probably who's been keeping it going for so long while randy fumbles around...and this was even well before the divorce. I think having more of a structure will help Randy stay on topic. I honestly stopped watching because he can't stay on a topic for longer than 3 minutes and then he goes in circles for 30 minutes.
I don't really know why but I might have enjoyed this episode a bit more than usually. It was just so chilled with no pressure, genuinely nice to listen to. Hope the boys will enjoy their break and come back stronger and relaxed! Can't wait for it.

I know the break was good, but I miss What’s good. This was my Wednesday routine. I loved having the podcast on while I got dinner ready of finished up some work.. I really hope it comes back soon. I miss Simon’s level head and Randolph’s chaos. It’s a great mix. I also love the tid bit Nick and John would throw in from behind the scenes. @@jking8025 I like these lads but committing to weekly podcasts is a huge burden especially when each presenter already has a busy schedule. Once the silences start building up in the episodes then it is apparent that they are struggling to chat about new and popular topics. There needs to be an agenda of subjects to discuss and also control the topic and not go off on a tangent. The podcast has a polished appearance but the presenting abilities is yet to level up in the same way.

The problem is this just isn't a great podcast. What does this offer? The chemistry seems stiff, it doesnt look enjoyable a good portion of the time, there are no guests (I mean look at Happy Hour... worlds apart). A lot of the podcast just feels like stodge.

I feel like the podcast got stale like 1.5 year ago, but adding "new blood" in John and Nick kept it going. If you are planning to continue eventually, you need to stop talking about same stuff over and over. Get someone to direct the pod, get the topics/ new questions. You can not start every podcast with "Oh what have you been up to?" Last 40-60 pods are 80% the same. I think the old low budget pods were much better, not this "trying to look professional" bs. Old ones were pure vibes.
this used to be my favourite podcast to listen to so I'm actually glad they're taking a break because its needed. Recently just felt like Randy talking about himself and his struggles, which is obviously a normal thing to do but it's become way too much which is not enjoyable for the viewer.
Everyone sometimes just needs a break and mental reset. When you guys do come back it might be a good idea to do an episode every other week if it’s a busy month. Definitely excited to see the ideas after the break 👍.

People (myself included) are bored of seeing him participate in loads of videos without offering any real output, meanwhile wondering why those video appearances are more important than being a dad (which has led to his reduction in custody). I know my opinion might not carry much weight and the likely hood of any of the Podcast team seeing this is minimal, but as someone who loves the podcast-not only for seeing all the guys but also as a personal "Productivity Motivator"-I believe taking a break would be beneficial for both Simon and Randy. They have a lot on their plates, and stepping away for a bit could relieve some of the pressure of keeping up with the podcast.🎙
I'm not sure when John's challenge deadline is, but I think refreshing the set-like changing the lighting, adding new items to the shelves, or switching up the overall aesthetic-could give the podcast a fresh start and spark some new motivation. When the podcast returns, you could kick things off by having John as the 'guest', where he can share his progress, and you could dive into all the new topics you’ve had time to gather during the break! ✨
That's just my opinion and what I think could possibly work. Either way, looking forward to the Podcasts and Randy's vlogs continuing 🙌

You’ve both been running the pod for a fair few years now, think the break came at a good time. Just seems like Randy’s going through a lot, always speaking negative, whether comments that absolutely do bother him no matter what he says or other personal stuff. I think the problem is is you guys want to care about the podcast but don't actually care (I.e. Planning to film the day before but last minute planning means no guests and bad topics).
This leads to no structure, and trying to use it as a catch up conversation but you all recognize it's not been a priority. Kind of frustrating since it's pretty clear Simon is probably who's been keeping it going for so long while randy fumbles around...and this was even well before the divorce. I think having more of a structure will help Randy stay on topic. I honestly stopped watching because he can't stay on a topic for longer than 3 minutes and then he goes in circles for 30 minutes.
I don't really know why but I might have enjoyed this episode a bit more than usually. It was just so chilled with no pressure, genuinely nice to listen to. Hope the boys will enjoy their break and come back stronger and relaxed! Can't wait for it.
