I'm Russian and it's super hard (almost impossible) to get a visa to visit the USA even as a tourist.
It's so crazy that at the same time it's easy to cross the American border illegally and even go to vote there.

In posting the US Code a few minutes ago that was discussed here, I started thinking about it, and: *it never says the vote they make has to be counted, it says they are not in violation if they think they are citizens, so there is room to reverse this code.* Basically, the person voting illegally is not held liable would be my interpretation.
There is hope that the SCOTUS will take this up before the election takes place on November 5th, 2024.

*18 U.S. Code § 611 - Voting by aliens*
(a)It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, unless-
(1)the election is held partly for some other purpose;
(2)aliens are authorized to vote for such other purpose under a State constitution or statute or a local ordinance; and
(3)voting for such other purpose is conducted independently of voting for a candidate for such Federal offices, in such a manner that an alien has the opportunity to vote for such other purpose, but not an opportunity to vote for a candidate for any one or more of such Federal offices.
(b)Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
(c)Subsection (a) does not apply to an alien if-
(1)each natural parent of the alien (or, in the case of an adopted alien, each adoptive parent of the alien) is or was a citizen (whether by birth or naturalization);
(2)the alien permanently resided in the United States prior to attaining the age of 16; and
(3)the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.

1. Their parents are both US citizens
2. They were permanent residents of the US prior to turning 16

Id doesn't mean someone is a citizen. Foreigners here in Florida vote with their id no problem. I couldn't believe they had a i voted sticker on when i seen them.
Many states are now giving driver's licenses to illegals. So there's the ID problem sorted out.

My wife entered the US more than 25 years ago via the legal immigration channels. Tons of paperwork, delays, vaccinations, proof of financial support, ad nauseum. She had to prove her value to this country. It disgusts us to see tens of millions of people with little or no education, who would never have qualified for a legal visa, invading our homeland for no other reason than to grab handouts. Instead of being arrested immediately, they're treated like royalty. Of course they will continue to violate federal law by voting as non-citizens. After all, they come from countries where corruption is not only rampant, it's a culture.

I've been a legal resident of Taiwan for 36 years. I'm STILL not allowed to vote because I am not a citizen. In order to become a citizen, I am required to first relinquish my US citizenship.
I am a Honduran citizen living in the USA for over 25 years. I am a dual citizen. I am not allowed to vote in the Honduran elections no more because my Honduran documents are expired. In Honduras even if you are a Honduran citizen but you have no documents proving that you are... you are not allowed to vote and we don't do mail on ballot. We must vote in person.
And by not giving up that U.S. citizenship under their laws you have willingly surrendered your right to vote in Taiwan.
That is your choice.

Since Biden is only able to dole out benefits and cash payments to these people under a "parolee" program, then the Biden admin has classified them as felons regardless of whether or not a court has done that. If they are felons on "parole," shouldn't that disqualify them from voting? The problem is, however, that when they show up with some fake ID to a polling station (or multiple polling stations), how do poll station workers definitively know they are a "parolee?" The ridiculous way US elections are organized, Kim Jung Il could show up and vote, no questions asked.
And the state of Illinois is recruiting and training them to be LE. Let that soak in.

I was born in Connecticut over half a century ago and when I retired to a new state, they asked for my new driver's license, which I could only get after presenting a birth certificate, a social security card and2 proofs of residence in the form of a utility bill and a letter from my bank and THEN they checked with the county where I had just moved from in my old state to make sure that I was off their rolls (even though I had called them and done that right before I moved). No one asked if I "BELIEVED" I was a citizen. I had to prove it big-time! And I never lived outside the country, never broke it's laws paid taxes scrupulously, etc.
