OMG new subscriber here when you said you weren’t a ❤️ person! 😂I don’t care to use hearts in my art. Just not fond of them since I’ve matured, retired, and decided the man I married is not someone I have anything in common with. We are like a pair of old slippers...comfortable but ugly together. Hearts are fluff for the romantic dreamer. I dream, but not of romance. No offense to viewers in love...but my worst time of year is Feb 14th. And I have MANY friends that feel the same way. I’m loving your doodling however. My zen doodles and journaling got me through a year of chemo, radiation, surgery, more chemo, and this pandemic on top of it. You should continue doing this with alcohol ink! Like make an alcohol ink piece and use that as a template for some doodles.
This is so much fun, thanks Myriam. I have been doodling on top of backgrounds made that did not turn out the way I planned. I am all over the place as far as art, I am playing with all kinds of products that have been sitting awhile. I use art to relieve the stress of not being able to help my mother daily (covid-19) whose Dementia has been worsened due to the change in routine and lack of socialization. Thank you for starting me on another train of thought. :)
I am very sorry to hear about your mother Debbie. I understand how difficult a time this must be for both of you. I ordinarily would see my Mom (who’s in another part of the country) around this time of year but don’t know when that will next be possible. So much depth and dimension in this piece. I always draw spirals even when I don’t have a plan lol. Love this video and the piece is so striking. Is so relaxing and free spirited, good for the mind and soul. Love that you have named your shapes also, makes the learning easier to describe. Thanks for the inspiration ❤️❤️

Doodlepalloza! 🤣 Love it! And thanks for explaining the pigment vs. dye ink. I dislike the bleed-through effect and can toss those dye based pens. Zen doodling is very relaxing, goes very well with good music and a hot cup of tea or coffee nearby. Cheers!

Cute doodle, Myriam! Have you tried Zentangle? These are Zentangle patterns. I can't remember what your worms are called, but the pebbles are called Tipple :)
And the tendrils are called Fescu!

OMG! I just figured out why your drawings makes so much sense to me. We are both left-handed. This is the first doodle like this that someone has actually explained how to put it all together. Oh Myriam! What a wonderful,timely project.
We have been stressed, worried and working very hard to bring our little furbaby back from a very serious surgery. That means all have been pretty low energy and not a lot of time to devote to an art project. This is just a perfect way to relax our minds, and enjoy some creative art while keeping watch over our boy bubba.

Myriam, I'm so loving your doodling videos and I'm having so much fun with it! I am having difficulty with shading properly and can't find good videos that specifically apply to pencil blending so any guidance in that department would be very helpful. In the few weeks since I discovered your first doodling video I've had four spin-offs within my family and friends who are now following you and whiling away their isolation time in a happier frame of mind!

Interesting mix of spirals and curves so pleasing to the eyes. I like the pebbles and tiny tendrils. They add a happy note to the “ doodling” piece. Looks easy, like everything you do. Thanks for your encouragement to “ just” try my hand!
