Surya Kriya is amazing. I suffered from anxiety and mood issues for most of my life, but within 3 days after learning it at the Isha Institute, I felt a great peace and calm as well as clarity I never knew was possible without having to take some sort of medication. It truly is a phenomenal process. I highly recommend it.

I was doing Suriya Kriya for the six months and you know it changed my life completely. I became vegetarian, more balanced in the body and in the mind and my vision of the world is changed significantly - I started to see the world as it is!
Suriya Kriya - is a tool of wellbeing! If you want to use it properly - you just need to be involved in the process and it will work after some time for sure! Namaskaram 🙏

Very beautiful film. Somehow Sadhguru’s videos came to be on my UA-cam feed a couple days ago. I was guided and felt the strong impulse to follow this guidance and watch them. Then watched another - then to his website and of all things felt a strong impulse to open the Surya Kriya tab on the website. That was 2 days ago. There is a class in my town tomorrow. @@xolaniduncan4143 Anna I might have come off blunt but that's how it is. Surya Kriya is taught with utmost detail, intricacies. Every single breath, movement, positioning every minutest detail you can think of has been taught in the program. You'll appreciate it once the program is over.

Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪 💜🌱🤔I learnt about Sonnjoga in the USA living there for 28Years,the Teacher I had put her Whole Life towards teaching it!It is in India like in Europe,People fighting about what’s the right Religion: Katholik,or some other one!In India it’s always what Teacher is the right one to teach,and the Techniques !It can’t be a Technical Thing, no way!It is a matter off the Soul!
All I know it makes me concentrate so much better,as I practice,I’m right there.I notice if my Mind takes me out off this present☝️ Moment!I become more aware what is necessary for a conscious Living,the way off eating,all the old conditioning gos,somehow it changes Me.I notice that Natur is God Him self or the Creation its 🥰self,and it’s healing to everyone!Its Maybe not Sadhguru way,but it helping me to be a better Human Being!I also notice the Beauty in all Little Things,it is hard to explain,and Thankfulness is there 🥰

Wow! This movie is so good and relatable. Before I clicked on this video, I was thinking that it might be some traditional video about the benefits of this yoga kriya but as I continued to watch it, I could relate so much to the underlying theme of this movie. I have learned the Shambhavi Kriya from Sadhguru and the situation in which the guy, in the movie, who offered all his money to learn Surya Kriya was, I was in a similar situation where I was headed towards a very dark future in life unless I did something very very significant. It's been 6 months since I learned it during which I have been doing the Kriya regularly and I can say now that learning Shambhavi Kriya was the best thing that has happened in my life so far. The Kriya is very powerful and I am saying this from my personal experience.
BTW superb acting by all the people in the movie!
Oh, and the last expression in the movie was the accurate depiction of the experience people have who are doing Kriyas like this that they can't really describe it but they know it for sure that it's been the best thing in their life.
I never saw my city ( Nashik) in such a beautiful way as it is shown in the vedio and yes the Surya kriya info was also helpful
Great movie, great narration. I like how we see these different layers of getting into touch with a practice that is so commonly experienced, the way they are very expertly tailored into a seamless flow of events. The overall narrative being mirrored in the parallel stories of each friend getting acquainted with yoga. It has that one-foot-in-front-of-the-other steady pace to it that reverberates with the speed of life and makes it naturally interesting to watch.
Also in the sense of unveiling yoga it's doing a good job, at least to me. I've been thinking for a while about adding Surya Namaskaram to my daily practice and has begun looking into it. I will continue this - but now having seen this movie, I have also found a certfied hatha yoga teacher in my area that teaches Surya Kriya. They are closed due to Corona for now, but I will go and be taught the Kriya there when they open up again. Doing Surya Namaskaram, I consider prepatory practice for when they do. So thank you for using exactly this asana in your movie; it helped me getting a better perspective on the scope of this rather popular yoga-series.

This film resonates with my condition. I've always been interested in Yoga. Recently I visited the Isha Yogashala in Kolkata and I've made my mind to learn Hatha Yoga in 2019. However, I'm still accumulating 3000 rupees. I think that I'll be able to learn Yoga from February.

Because many people unconsciously give importance to something labelled with price. After they're involved, they'll understand that money doesn't matter but attention does. :)
And for the people who are suffering from poverty, survival must be ensured first as spirituality is more active in their community by means of culture than others.
