Went over to my parents' house this morning for Sunday breakfast and my dad had cooked up chicken hearts and breadfruit. Yum! One of my favorite breakfasts. But I too am not a fan of liver (of any animal) and I can do without gizzard, although I don't hate it.
Next time "David's Been Here" visits Jamaica, you should take him to this location

He put too much seasoning on the doves you not going to taste the dove flavor you just suppose to put a little salt and peppercandvroast them
I like it fresh with just salt and pepper but this wasnt over seasoned it actually tasted like just salt and peper i didnt get the seasoning taste got a hint of the hot sauce flavor but i think because it was a light quick cook the seasoning didnt overpower it

When cooking 🍳 outside you have to be very careful about cross contamination. They have cooked food, by raw meat, that is dangerous. I noticed he used the knife 🔪 to cut the cooked fish 🐟 then he put that same knife on the bowl 🥣 of raw meat 🤮 I don't see nobody washing their hands.🤷🏾

when u said wild i was looking for iguanas, opossums, armadillos, hogs, deers etc.....
We don't eat them things in Jamaica only hogs no iguana or possums
Why his hands shaking so much same as in the video with David when u was eating the noodles with the fork he blamed the fork an not his shaking hands
