@@rb2k196 the diffrence is rhe muscles. Look at her upper body. For gymnastics they do more flips which require more arm strength so the arms will be muscular for ballet 80% of the movement require legs and jumps the arms movement will not need that much muscles as it does not hold the body weight.
And with attitude!! Something you don't typically see so polished in a young dancer. She's got that it factor. I hope they take good care of her and don't overexpose her when she's still too young. What a talented, young queen.
There is an age restriction for dancing en pointe at the YAGP competitions. You obviously know nothing about ballet by saying dancing on the pads of her feet or her toes. As for how much she eats - have you ever been with a child ballet dancer. They eat constantly.

people in the comments needs to understand, being a ballerina doesn't mean being skinny it means being healthy. If the dancers are eating little but healthy, they are still getting the protein and nutrients they need. They do this on their own, not by force. It's their choice and their choice only, nobody's forcing them to be dancers or eat little.
Please concentrate more in English class. Especially in spelling; you’ll need to use it for the rest of your life. “Barley” is a grain. Some people may use it in a deliciously thick beef and barley stew. You meant to use “barely” as in almost being able to do something. As a freshman in HS, you should absolutely know how to both correctly spell and use barely in a sentence. If you truly don’t understand the difference or how to spell it, I highly suggest hiring an English tutor. Do it before taking your educationally important SAT exams that will determine your future academic performance. ✅
Why are people acting like it’s such a crime to recognize ballet or modeling has a lot of people struggling with ED in it, it’s not a crime to be alarmed and show concern, it’s better to overfret than ignore it, especially when you see someone young in these industries because more likely than not there’s something toxic going on
