Brilliant review very honest and helpful I’ve just received my GT4000s I do a lot of short journeys in my van so sometimes it takes the battery down to around 10 volts and obviously doesn’t have enough to start it anyway I’m looking forward to using this if and when I need it 👍
I just bought one a few days ago. I would recommend the 100W electric power adaptor as a phone charger is very slow at 4 to 14 W when you need to charge in a hurry. Thanks for video !
It annoys me that all of these jump pack companies rate their product for peak amps. It's a useless spec. This Gooloo 4000 states it will output 4000 amps but it is for literally a fraction of one second, probably something in the range of 10 milliseconds, which is useless in the real world. But once again, the Chinese make up whatever spec will sell their product.
I just ordered one from eBay but I watched your review and I didn’t like that over charge protection so I cancelled my order ,,, that’s a very stupid feature to have
You were likely over-currenting the unit by having the positive connection too close to the steel battery box (shorting it). Notice when you moved it the engine fired without an issue. Great unboxing summary.
I got my gt4000 delivered today. I read the instructions, it shows 79% new so am charging it with 59/61w charger. Charging the gt4000 is working! Thanks for your video .
I'm curious how long it can crank an engine for. I found a video of the Noco and it was able to crank for about 40 seconds non stop. So on an ice cold diesel (like -35°C) it can keep cranking until it finally fires.

How long is cool down mode for this unit? I think the Hulkman is like 10 minutes. Which one do you like better between the two?
Hi. What kind of thermal camera are you using?:)

Project farm did a carbon pile load test and converted the amps and volts to watts the regular gooloo GP4000 did almost 5,000 watts

Dumb, yes. But bypassable. All the lipo ones have them. You'd need an old school battery pack for something without.

Gooloo aftercare is crap ! , my Jump pack ( GT4000) is faulty and I cant even get a reply from their warranty help on the website.

What was that thermal app you were using? Does it happen to show temps too?
Interesting. Thanks
Thank you.
Thank God….Someone who actually reads instructions and gets the facts correct👍🤣🤣
What about trying a cold start
Can you use this to power up air compressor for boat tubing?
Yes - Most portable compressors (like mine) have a 12V (cigarette lighter) adapter.
lol that thing is cool 4000 amp of cranking power lool
Don't believe what you read. It's 4000 amps for literally a few milliseconds, which is useless in the real world.

Not sure. I can see if I can arrange a test
😠 ρяσмσѕм
No idea what that means
