Zucchini meatballs
Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini
1 tbsp. salt
200 g cream cheese
50 g parmesan
1 egg
90 g breadcrumbs
130 g cheese
1/2 bunch dill
12 meatballs x 70 g
Bake for 30 minutes at 200 C.
Method of preparation:
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Salt with 1 tbsp. salt and leave to drain for 10 minutes. Then squeeze them by hand and transfer to a bowl, add the remaining products. Stir well. We form meatballs, I made 12 of them, 70 g each. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 30 minutes.
Serve with homemade yogurt, dill and garlic sauce.
