This woman's voice is so damn pretty. It's like flowers in a field singing to you after you ate a jello cube laced with psilocybin. And then you dropped your car keys in the field of said flowers and didn't know it. Good luck finding them though.
Been having this in my playlist for a while and I still hold it dearly. These hyperpop-esque vocals sit so nicely on top of the instrumental.... feels like it shouldn't work but oh my, does it work. It's fast without feeling rushed, tight without feeling stiff, and dense without feeling bloated, just a pleasure to listen to

I like it, I just think the vocoder or vocal effects kill her voice... It sounds like she's TRYING to have a cutesy voice, at the cost of just sacrificing vocal ability if she were to use her natural voice. Some people naturally have high voices (purity ring, grimes, etc) but she feels limited by her ability to actually sing because she's restricting her already limited voice, all because she's trying to replicate a voice that she thinks is marketable...
Pearly Drops is the most underrated band on the planet.
Play, repeat, repeat, repeat ~ gets better each time. Magic. Pearly Drops are the best new band in 50 years. Perfection.
