Subscribed to continue this journey of you appreciating Miley's vocals. Love this !! I've been a fan since 06, and I enjoy watching others discover the special something within her voice ✨️
I used to think she was a silly pop singer... 😂 I was sleeping on her, but in my defense, she has really came into her own. I heard her cover Blondie (Heart of Glass) and then Janis Joplin. I was blown away. She's one of my favorites now.
@@IzzyIzenstain , I was shocked because Heart of Glass is a very hard song to sing. My mouth dropped when I watched her cover Maybe by Janis Joplin. Let's face it, doing a good job of covering Janis is a feat. Miley did a fantastic job. Joss Stone and Melissa Ethridge are the only two who had impressed me covering Janis before... until Little Miss Miley. She has some serious pipes, but what I love is that her voice is so unique like Janis's.
I have loved Miley for about 20 years. I don’t know all albums but was proper obsessed with Endless Summer Vacation album last year. Such a vibe and such a sound scape and very immersive. I know you have been doing the backyard session but you should try album versions too for the production. A sound engineer’s heaven 🤣
Hey Izzy, glad you did the visit to this one. I knew you would enjoy the pre-chat. I see that Kirk is playing the famous "Greeny Guitar." Great to see it in good hands. My favourite piece with Greeny was Gary Moore playing The Messiah Will Come Again live at Montreux 1990. One of the best solos ever. (worth a reaction). Yes this song when Miley hits that low register metal rock sound just shows how she has matured vocally. As for the song, there is an extended version of this video where Elton John is zoomed in to the show and tells Howard Stern that he believes this is one of the best songs ever written, (having performed it on the piano with Miley somewhere) and almost sending James Hetfield into tears. The Stern show also has Metallica performing their early stuff, with a nicely mature sound and vocals. Nice reaction as usual. Kia kaha from NZ
@@IzzyIzenstain have you considered reacting to any Noah Kahan? He's another great lyrical artist. Orange Juice, Call Your Mom, Homesick and Stick Season are great songs to start with off his latest album.
This, Maybe and Doll parts are probably my favorite covers. But honestly, every live performance (ogs and covers) is just amazing!
She’s one of the best vocalist of this times wow
For sure!
I love music reaction channels slowly turning themselves into Smilers the more they listen to her. It makes my heart full and my soul happy. 🖤
Glad to have you here for it!
And I meant to tell you that Dolly Parton is her God Mother.
James smiling at Miley & Lars + Mikey pulling faces at each other and just vibing is such a wholesome thing
React to her grammy performance next!🎉
I got the next few lined up, but I will get to it.

You do know her Dad's Billy Ray Cyrus? Famous country and western singer?
I do! I remember "Don't Break My Heart.."
