They also have the Cannabis Substitution Project which offers free high potency edibles to people trying to manage opiate withdrawal. Here in Toronto the safe consumption sites saved over 100 lives just in their first year of operation.

So they are still doing what they do. They just die "safer" prettyinteresting. Thats just the tip of the iceberg though. The report is fascinating.
