I wanted to tell you I just took my last test, the dreaded math and I PASSED!!! Thank you very much for your videos! I watched them all, reading, writing, science, social studies and math and I passed all 4 tests on the first try! I am 45, dropped out at 18 because I couldn’t pass the math part of the TAKs test. Math has been my excuse all these years to never try and in October I decided it was time to try took the first 3 all on November and just took and passed math! Thank you thank you thank you ❤️❤️ Keep helping those out there like me!
Congratulations! Thank you for coming back to share your experience! Math is a stumbling block for a lot of people, and I'm really happy to hear everything worked out for you!
Like a lot of the people in your comment section I have come back to say thank you! I am taking my final GED test(Science) On Sunday, Jan 17th. Which is something I never thought I was going to be able to say. I cannot thank you enough for all of the work you have done to provide these free resources to help others. I can now move forward with my life and into the career field I have always wanted! Time to prepare for Security+ :) (Follow up) Just passed science with a score of 164!
Congratulations!! Thank you for watching and for coming back to let me know how you did! Wishing you the best of luck with whatever's coming next for you!
Hi I was just watching this video and I figured out one of the questions with the miles, if Donna maintains an average speed of 60 miles per hour how many minutes will it take her to drive 100 miles, well j figure 60 miles 60 minutes so 40 miles 40 minutes therefore 60+40=100 minutes..
Question two is easy af if you just think about it first before you even try to work out the problem. If she is borrowing 600 then the amount she is going to pay is going to be no less than $600 therefore you can immediately eliminate A, B, and D. Although I do like his method for solving the problem it is far less complicated than most ways that you could do it.
Great catch! It's really good that you spotted this by looking at the answer choices and reasoning through it. It's still important to know how to solve it in case you don't get answer choices like this on the test.
@@TestPrepChampions thanks you for answered. I passed 3 subject but RLA challenged for me because I am ESL student I have job but I need better job I have kids though I am trying.
@@syedarahman1797 I would recommend Princeton 5 practice for GED test ,book. This saved me. The answers in the back with essay is almost like a personal tutor.
@@saemafahmi5283 Thank you for your good advice! I’m so upset and concerned about my RLA . I am passed other 3subject . Only RLA. Thank you for good advice.
Good question! You would use the fraction 5/12 for the time. You'd use 5 for the 5 months, and 12 because there are 12 months in a year. Whatever the months are, you just make that the top number in the fraction and then use 12 as the bottom number (again, since there are 12 months in a year). If you do this with 6 months, you'd get the fraction 6/12, which reduces to 1/2 if you put it in simplest form. Hopefully that makes sense!
Hi, thank you for watching. D is not correct. E is the correct answer. You can check this with a calculator and you'll get answer E. Please review my explanation.

Hello. For question #2, what about if it is 5 months instead of 6? Thanks so much for your video
