What a pleasure to listen to the dear Doctors !!! I am looking forward to more nuggets of knowledge from them. Sreeji, this is just amazing and I wish you all the luck in hosting them every week. Dhanyavaadah Pgurus !!
In our home in odisha we observe the day of navigation as Kartik Purnima and have chants also. The returning day before rainy season is also obsorved as khudurukuni
No matter how good the presentation is, some people will always find fault. They should see what it takes to produce a Masterpiece like this. Hats off to you P Gurus!!! Please bring on more of THIS.
Goosebumps , am amazed at the proves n knowledge our ancestors had, hats off to Dr Hari dampati, . Beautiful beautiful presentation. God bless you. Thank you so much. The more I learn the more I feel how small am. 😊
In his book where Vasco Da Gama mentions about his whole journey and according to his documentation, Vasco Da Gama meets a Gujrati merchant in Africa Vasco Da Gama had the biggest ship in the whole of Europe at that time…. and he mentions that this merchant had 3 ships 12 times the size of his ship….. and mind you these were merchant ships not some sort of Warships….. with their company and help Vasco Da Gama came to India. The Europeans in those times used to sail keeping the land in sight and never went beyond that deliberately, unless searching for new lands. Vasco sailed along the African coast and reached Zanjibar which was a rich merchant’s stop for Indian, Arabian, Chinese and merchants of nearby countries. People there were surprised at Vasco’s presence and sought his purpose. When he told his intentions of finding sea route to India, the locals took him to a Gujarat merchant Kanhabhai, who was sailing back to India with his ships soon after. Kanhabhai was amused to see Vasco’s curious looks and promised to sail him to India in a week. Vasco’s ship sailed escorted by Kanha and other Indian merchants’ ships across the Arabian Sea. Kanha had also given him a navigator who used compass (called Matsya Yantra then, compass was not known to the European sailors in those times!).
Mahabharat happened seven and a half thousand years ago as scientifically shown by Nilesh Oak, and therefore Dwarika must have already submerged under the sea long before three thousand BC.
There is no words to describe my feelings and gratitude towards both the extremely knowledged and great explored people. And sooo many thanks to you too. I'm a regular listener of yr channel, I don't want to miss any of of yr topics. Waiting for next episode of this series.
Indian researchers coming up with such great work. I am so proud of them. Appreciate PGuru for bringing up such topics. Wonder Why there is no history TV channel in India like History or Discovery channel in USA.
Can’t thank you enough for this wonderful opportunity to listen to the great work done Dr Hari and Dr Hema. Yours a true channel to watch for learning history and politics
Hopefully Sree Aiyar ji will not be in hurried discussions for these timeless topics rather than short term political discussions. Anyway great efforts to bring back BHARAT 🙏
So much knowledge is flowing. Please call them again and again. Infact I would encourage them to have some specific guidance for up and coming navigators - there is literally no guide if a youngster today wants to get into this field, including boat building. All the shipping and cargo is now a well hidden knowledge by some conglomerates.
Sreeji Namaskara 🙏 Fantastic episode from Dr.DKH and H.. . . We have enjoyed it very much informative and interesting, when is the next episode telecasted on UA-cam. We are just eagerly awaiting. Thankyou for the entire team.
The flood mentioned in the Matsya Purana doesn't mention about Noah but it mentions about Saptarishis or 7 Sages being pulled on a Ship by the Matsya Avatar or the Fish Avatar of Lord Vishnu. They eventually end up near the Malaya Mountains in the South which was ruled by Shraddhadeva Manu the King of the Dravida Kingdom, the origin of the Suryavanshi Dynasty. The Sumerians themselves have their 7 Sages named Apkallu. Ap in Sumerian means Water. Even in Sanskrit Ap means Water.
Next door to our Visakhapatnam home there’s a temple of JULELAL, the Varun God of Sindhis constructed by the Sindh panchayat of Visakhapatnam. There’s a sizeable Sindhi community settled here as refugees from the west.
All sounds good. This work needs to be vetted professionally. 90% percent of Indians cannot even swim. There are more records of Chinese vessels visiting shores of Malabar than that of Indians. Where were these large ships built? Which part of India? How come the Samorin of Calicut was defenseless when Vasco attacked, considering the fact that Vasco was in awe of the might of the Indians? I agree with the Tsunami part of the presentation, dwaraka, Sangam era, mahabalipuran etc. How come Vaa Uuu Cee, V.U. Chidambaram is celebrated as the only guy who navigated the seas among Tamilians, if we had such a glorious Naval Past? That said I sincerely appreciate the zeal with which they carried out their research and the hard work that has gone into it. Humble pranams to both.
In Malayalam ( which is the purest form of Tamil) they say Kachchavadam for Vanigjiyal Or vanibam Or trade. Kachchavadam ( Kachchabam : tortoise, Vadam : link, connection or thread, or rope) the trade connection by Tortoise.
Sumerians, and Assyrians were natives of Mesopotamia the region now known as Iraq. Babylonians on the other hand were Amorites who came from Syria. Ashur was the main God of Ancient Assyrians. In India we call Ashur, Asur or Asura.
Noha constructed the largest ark as per the guidance of YAH in which Noha could accommodate all the creatures on the earth that too pair of each without mentioning the fodder for those creatures. The ark was on water for 110 days and 49 days on ground before the flood waters were receeded and they could come out. Just imagine the engineering point of view🤔
Hello Sir, most respect to your findings, however Mr. Neelesh Oak would have disagreement regarding dating of Dwarka Flooding, which according to him is 5525 BCE, can you please have collaborative study alongside him, becasue his date determination is completely sound and aligned with ancient texts.
HEY 👋 BRO 😎 ITS VERY INTERESTING TO SEE THE “BAND AID” ON THE FOREHEAD GROWS BIGGER WHEN YOU START TALKING ON BIBLICAL TOPICS 😂 KEEP IT UP 👍 ITS VERY ENTERTAINING 🤣 JAI SANATAM DHARM 👏

There’s a big Colonial lie which says that Vasco De Gama discovered India. We had a Sea Port in Lothal around 2400 B.C. At that time Vasco’s Ancestors didn’t have a Sea Port. We used to trade with East Asia, Ancient Egypt, the Middle East and the Eastern Mediterranean long before Vasco came into existence.

@@CyrusTheGreat-b3k We used to Trade with Israel which is located in the Mediterranean. At that time the Suez Canal wasn't built. We traded with the Roman Empire through Egypt. Rome is located in Southern Europe. Thousands of coins belonging to Augustus Caesar and other Caesars were discovered in the South. Our Ships sailed towards the East all the way to Australia. Proof here ---> Northern Aboriginal Australians can trace as much as 11% of their genomes to migrants who reached the island around 4,000 years ago from India, a new study suggests. Along with their genes, the migrants also have brought more advanced tool-making techniques and the ancestors of the dingo.
