I had released from my project and my sr manager says there is some bgv issue but HR has not connected with me on this and my managers are also not clear why they have released....but I had faked my experience....what would happen in this case...in cognizant(I have been working there from 1yr and got this issue now)

Yes,since some of less than 15 employees startup companies does not provide the pf but you need to provide the bank statements for each month and also BGV candidates will enquiries at your bank if you are provide the letter. Be honestly and explain properly even if HR hire you or not.
