Just to piggy back off AJ's advice water is good hydration but please follow up with at least one bottle of Gatorade or Powerade for the day. Water has no electrolytes. So you can drink a gallon and still be dehydrated. Electrolytes helps to replenish your body in this extreme heat/humidity. Research the many companies that sell the packets you can put in your water bottles for your daily consumption. Hope it helps someone because we don't need folks getting migraines, passing out, and pregnant women are at risk along with the elderly and infants.

So true! My brother had a potassium deficiency, and the ER doctor's said it was due to dehydration because of a lack of electrolytes. He was shocked because he drinks a lot of water.
@@opulenttinglesasmr789 if you don't mind me asking, what is he taking now or did it go away? There are so many companies that have electrolytes in packet form that you can get on a monthly basis sent to your house. It's a little more costly for me since I'm in Canada and I have to bulk buy the brands that are in the USA in order for it to be worth it for me money wise.
Gatorade is dangerous for your organs. If you're not allergic to coconut water, that'll replenish your electrolytes and reduce or eliminate cramps to your body because it's full of natural potassium and other vitamins.

Hope you both had a wonderful day 😊! We had a few days of humidity now it's cooler which I'm grateful for because my body didn't respond well to the drastic weather change. We usually don't get our humid weather up here in my part of Canada until mid/late July. I read an article yesterday saying we're going to have humidity all July, August and September so everyone needs to have an AC and fans. Only go out for essentials (food/medicine) most of those places deliver here now and hydrate because they don't want the ER at full capacity. Last time we had a situation like this in 2018, eighty-five people died in July because of heat exhaustion, young adults "minding their business, living their family life" didn't check on their older parents. Folks with asthma and other respiratory issues need an AC a fan is not your friend in these temperatures and if you have central air in your home or condo, I don't understand why you don't take that extra family member who lives alone in ? It was so tragic to hear the numbers climb everyday I didn't have an AC that year and these store refused to put them on sale when all of that was happening and with my health issues at the time I made two trips to the ER.
ANYWAYS, THOSE SANDWICHES look fitting for afternoon tea. Just missing a few scones and dainty desserts. I love your channel so much. Have a wonderful end of week going into the weekend. Be safe y'all and stay hydrated.
