@@andreanagel522oh no! 🙈 unless you’re painting a swamp scene, that’s probably not what you’re going for! 😅 something tells me you’re gonna fall in love with the limited color palette! 🎨💖
@@PutriVijaya-hw8oihaha yea it sounds complex to come up with your own! I think if the color leans more warm or cool, can make a big difference when mixing!
I ❤ your videos! I can always expect to find awesome illustrations in them! Foxy and the backstory is adorable in this cozy theme of coffee and foxes! I hope to see more of him and his friends. Thank you for introducing the limited pallette. It sounds super user-friendly. I need this!! I am glad you included the info on the paints and the Craftsy class!! ❤
Aww thank you!! 🥰 I’m so glad you enjoy my videos ❤ yes I definitely think Foxy will have to make more frequent visits, he was just too fun to draw! 🦊 I hope you enjoy the limited palette! It was so intuitive to use and really took the fear out of mixing colors for me! I’m so grateful someone special told me about it 😊
Personally love the long videos lol!! its so relaxing to watch. And I love that you talk about practicing patience, lol its further confirmation to myself on where I am in life.💛💛
@@lightbrightcreations247 aww yay! I’m so glad you like the longer videos. They don’t happen often but every now and again I get a bit carried away with a theme 😂 oh patience will be a life long practice for me haha, I’m sure you doing great! 💖
Yet another bujo set up that is mind-blowing and amazing! 😍 The calendar page is crazy detailed and I'm obsessed with it 🤩 Way to step out of your comfort-zone! It is very inspiring, my friend 🥰 I've tried watercolor and mixing paints are so intimidating 🫠 I did my July spreads with my watercolor pencils and it was more friendly for me. I love how you used the tombows for color options! You really killed this theme and I love everything about it! ❤️
Aww thank you so much 🥹❤️ that’s what I’m saying! I was always so intimidated by watercolors so when I tried these I was so surprised how easy and intuitive they were to mix! See for some reason, the watercolor pencils intimidate me 😂 but you made them look so easy! Ooh the tombows were so fun to paint with! I got that from Jenny (einzigheartig) 😊 so satisfying to paint with them! Now I just wish I could find a way for my bujo paper not to wrinkle up when I paint on in 😂
@@PutriVijaya-hw8oi I have a couple where I use alcohol markers on sticker paper and put them in my bujo 😊 my March monthly and July monthly! I just haven’t tried them directly in my journal yet

I love using prismacolor watercolor pencils and the watercolor crayons from caran d'ache. If your super nervous about using pan watercolors or tubes they are a good place to start as they work wet and dry. Watercoloring is more loose with the rules really. But a lot of people paint light colors to dark making sure to leave your pure white spaces empty. But I personally love to just use them like markers sometimes and making a single wash.
@@mopete9830 hey! Thanks so much for your tips here! ❤️ they’re super helpful 😊 honestly I had no idea watercolor crayons were a thing until you mentioned it. I looked it up and they look pretty fun! Haha that’s how I feel with watercolor, I like doing a single wash of color so far, but I recently picked up a 30 day watercolor book so hopefully I can learn more tricks soon! 😊
@@CoannaArt Yeah i've been using watercolors for like 15 years now and I started with pencils and crayons and terrible school pans. Its a load of fun to play with those. I enjoyed your painting.
@@mopete9830 oh that’s amazing! My first experiences with the school pans was never anything too inspiring 😅 these new colors were SO fun though! Thanks so much!! 😊
Thank you so much!! 😊 Haha you mean because it wasn’t watercolor paper and warped a bit? 🙈 I wish I could find an A5 or dot grid journal with watercolor paper but I haven’t found any yet. For now this is the best/heaviest paper I’ve been able to find in a bujo (180gsm). I was thinking next time I do water color in it, I’ll skip a page, so the next page’s art isn’t so wrinkly! 😂 lemme know if you have any ideas I should try or know of any journals that are better for watercolor! I so appreciate you watching my art videos ❤
