It's a good thing that Viki had her breakdown when she did. Tori helped Todd climb the newpaper business ladder quicker and better than he could've ever done on his own. He owes a big part of his success to her, and she would've never done it if she hadn't flipped out. It turned out to be a good foundation for a very strong relationship between them in the future (even after Todd smears her in his paper).
@bjujubee Thanks to you, I am able to get to know the Roger Howarth and the REAL Todd Manning. I am a new viewer to the show, but I used to briefly watch OLTL (while waiting for GH). As I watched, I anaylzed TSJ's impersonation of Todd and what I saw was a menace and a bully. With Roger's portrayal, I don't see a menace or a bully, but a damaged soul, who just wants to be loved.
Todd to Blair; " You want to be my wife, then you BE MY WIFE!". I think to this day, that is the HOTTEST thing I have EVER heard Todd say to Blair. OMG! I JUST HAD A MOMENT LOL!
@bjujubee I agree wholeheartedly. Todd Manning and New Todd Manning are very different characters. I wasn't watching when the change happened. My first impression of TSJ, years later, was "generic soap guy" and "sooooo not Todd Manning." I got used to him, gradually, but now that I'm watching RH again, TSJ just isn't working for me. Seriously. Listen to his voice. No inflection! Also, his voice tends to be soft and meek. I don't mind his character, but he isn't very Toddian.
To be fair I think it's really difficult to play the character of Todd Manning, as he is so deadpan a lot of the time. Of course Roger Howarth has the subtlety of expression and pain in his face, and in slight undertones to his voice, that give Todd his humanity. TSJ is a good actor but RH is in an entirely different category.
wow has anyone commented yet about the similarities as far as having "terms of marriage" and an "arrangement" that both T&B then T&T had? Makes me even more satisfied that Tea was just a replacement lol.
@@fletcher373 Blair dumped Todd. Then Todd proposed and Blair rejected him again and planned to marry Tomas. Todd was hurt and angry and tried to stop the wedding. Blair wouldn't take him back. THEN he went to Carly for like 6 months. Then forgot she ever existed and went right back to trying to be with Blair. Which he ended up doing and they got remarried again. We TnB fans made out all right in the end. Yay!!
@bjujubee Yes, I already didn't care for TSJ;s "Todd" These clips just make having to stomache hearing people call him Todd Manning even harder, but I guess we won't have to put up with it much longer. I guess I feel bad for his fans, but happy for me and us. Just don't know how much longer I can watch RH lurking around and not talking to anyone. I keep yelling at my TV for Blair or Starr or even Tea to turn around when he's behind them.
@downwithapathy OMG ME TOO!!! I totally LOVE TSJ he's freaking amazing! But my goodness Roger is so beyond that! I kept having these awful feelings about Roger coming back and the whole tug awar about who will be the real Todd (I started watching right when TSJ started, so he's the only Todd Ive known) but especially watching up to what I have now.... I really hope Roger is going to be the real Todd and that he will be with Blair that is how OLTL needs to end... the right way
TSJ should have never been Todd. He just should have stayed Walker. I could even have accepted hiim with Blair and Tea, but not as Todd

i love the music before the scenes great reminder of the good old days of soaps. now all we get is 15 commercials every 5 minutes.
JWTEDDI that was the Todd Manning Music. The he’s got something up his sleeves and you probably won’t like it.

Alpha Male
Loved that too....🔥
Lol, "even my bizarre sister Vicky brought some kind of a casserole, you wanna eat."🤣🤣🤣🤣
''Youre gonna be my wife......you gonna be my wi..fffffe. Love it!!!!

TSJ is VERY dull and virtually monotone. he was NEVER Todd.

CLarcholey So glad Todd dumped Blair for Carly lol.

Correction it's not Tomas. Because it's Lorenzo Alcazar.
@@fletcher373 He was rejected 3 times by Blair before he went to Carly. One of those times was a marriage proposal.
These videos (not this one in particular) are ruining NuTodd for me. His voice has no inflection!

@Daftlikejack0 Thank you! That is exactly how this story should end-and Tea ends up with Walker/TSJ-because they do have real chemistry.

@downwithapathy
I agree. He looks and acts totally bored all the time.
I want to know what the terms were that Blair gave Todd.
It's the beginning of the scene, that he continues backing her, not to fake love but to be a team...
Blair and Todd was the ultimate super coupe
