Not only can she sing, she sings really well! She can handle english songs like "Me", "Christmas without you", "Done for me" as well as korean song "Zero", now this beautiful japanese song "planetarium. She is capable of performing these songs in her own way perfectly!
It seems to me that Tzuyu has only sung Chinese songs in her lives, not in a concert, and they have been soft songs. The microphone and acoustics help a lot too.
I (we) know a very powerful reason Sally does not do commercial work in Mandopop Mandarin, her childhood language.
