If it makes it any better , domino did really get appreciation in the promotion time , they performed it on music shows , just like they would do with the title track

And they still performed it at the concerts for Maniac. It was one of those dances where Lee Know was paying rent on that choreo.
You crack me up lol, this super long explanation of dominos when all you had to say was “oh wow, they’re doing the domino effect” and we would have understood what you meant.
You’re not alone thinking this song snd dance is great, a fan favorite for sure.
Hyunjin really stood out for me, from the beginning where he goes to the side, wraps Changbin’s arms around him while Chan has his hand on his arm, that brotherly love gets me every time, to the end when he does his solo part. Chan sweeping the dominos on the floor, the silent break when they all lean forward until Han does his rap. I love everything about it.
I don't ever like to assume people will just understand what I'm saying cause not everyone thinks the same way so things that are obvious to some aren't to others. Also my brain doesn't really work in a "explain this in a short & direct way" kind of fashion anyway. There's a reason I'm not on Tiktok lol. I get some people would prefer it that way but I just gotta be me and hope there's some people out there who appreciate that.

This dance choreo is some of my fav by Skz, I love how just like domino's one person starts the dance then a few seconds after another does qn they keep doing it lile this until the end

Also, they definitely are referencing dominoes in their many forms (dominoes lined up and ripples otherwise, and pizza as I mentioned in my other comment) but there was another reactor that amazingly caught on that their intro formation and moves represented an actual automatic domino table that is used for playing dominoes the game - which I didn't know was a thing. I will look up the reaction and reply here under my comment with it if anyone wants to see the reactor catch it and show how what they were doing mimics an automatic domino table. Again this just shows how fucking deep SKZ goes with their word play and references, etc. They are truly deep thinkers and amazing performers!

Speaking of the shitty pizza place (Domino's)... After hearing the song with the doorbell ring and then the shortened teaser/mv, which was nothing but them eating pizza thru the whole thing, I was like "nah they can't be doing their typical SKZ word play thing and actually be referencing Domino's Pizza can they???" So I looked it up and sure as shit there are Domino's pizza shops in South Korea!!! MIND. BLOWN. 🤯They will never cease to amaze me with their word play and references!

This is one of my favorite songs, too. I'm not sure if they always perform it when they tour, but when I saw them on their Maniac tour, they did. Loved it. Hopefully, they still do it.

Sooo good. Yeah, from what I can tell, they used to promote some of their B-sides on the big Korean music shows that are important to the K-pop industry. They win trophies from them and it’s all taken pretty seriously. Domino was promoted that way which is why they created choreo. It’s been performed in concert too. Seems like they’ve stopped tho. They only promoted their title tracks for 5-Star and ROCK-STAR. Possibly because they are so big now? And so damn busy. one of my favorite things about SKZ is how clever they are in everything they do and Domino’s choreo perfectly highlights that.
Winning awards off B Sides is a flex and a half! Or should I say comflex lol

I'm not even really big into choreo's but this is one of the most satisfying dances I've ever witnessed.
I get that, there's many parts of it that are really aesthetically pleasinig

Lil' nuggets of STAY wisdom: the "reverberating" you talk about is called a ripple effect, or canon (depending in the space it's done at). They do it anton in this choreo, indeed.
And good to now that, although they have seasoned choreographers provide a selection of choreos for each song, Danceracha also start putting out movement ideas during the composition/production process, so sometimes 3racha add specific sounds or breaks or whatever in the song to match the choreo idea. Text, music, production and dance are all built hand in hand, and that's why their art is so satisfying, because everything is centered around the message, and serving it. Their work has a certain depth to it, that is not often seen.

Next Easy dance practice please... one of my fav stray kids's song..
The title track of this album is Thunderous, personally i prefer domino to thunderous (its actually my favorite skz song it just makes my brain happy) but i do see thunderous more fitting to the message of the album (NOEASY pronounced 'Noisy' to reference the critique of their music being too loud) because thunderous is more of a diss-track type of song, but im so glad domino got more promotion being a b-side because its suck an amazing song

So i have actually heard this song before (spoiler alert it's one of my fav by them) as it randomly shuffled up one day while i was listening to the boys (I think I was listening to MANIAC which I know is on the same album as this) and I just couldn't bear my self to pause to not get spoiled! Song caught my attention immediately lol

There is also an all English version of Domino (ya probably just wanna listen in your own time instead of reacting). It's one of the better songs that went from Korean to English.

@@AmariLeone Besides MV for some of their B sides, Stray Kids has tons of contents of their albums. I.e making of the mv's, Intro to their albums making, dance practices. You will never be able to catch up with their contents.

Domino is from the album NoEasy, and the title track for that album is Thunderous, so... I wouldn't say it's "better" than Domino, but it's just as good songwise, MVwise and choreowise. It's iconic.
But so is Domino. The real warcrime against humanity is that Domini didn't get a full MV.
You could do a Full album reaction to NoEasy, by the way. It's a heavy good album.
It has 14 songs, and 9 of them have MVs or performance videos...

Hmmm interesting, my dance teachers always referred to it as a "reverberation" which is more of a musical focused term than ripple usually is. Interesting how there's different names for it.

I laughed so hard watching this reaction because I agreed with everything you said. You and I probably share a brain and have very similar thoughts and feeling about music. I also believe the words you may have been looking for at one point during the first brain-scramble were “domino effect”? It’s one of my favorite parts of the choreo, how they utilized that! I understood immediately what you were trying to get across.
I saw them live in March and it was one of the most awesome concerts I’ve ever been to. They hit every move, their performances were mind blowing, their voices were incredible. Highly recommend, my friend, it’s an amazing experience!
