Jongho said (in fromm) the storyline is him losing his dream, basketball, and he find someone who could heal him from that lost. But after that, he lost her again, so he lost everything. He also said the song could interpret to anything bc everyone's "everything" is different, but Jongho's 'everything' in this mv storyline are his dream and that girl. But, in the fever road epilogue, Yunho 'save' him again, and the members are left for him to have. So i guess this mv happened between the inception (and diary film) and fever road epilogue.
Oh yeah and someone said he broke up with the girl because he told her he is an interdimensional pirate (obv jk lol)
Yay omggg!!! I was waiting for thisss. First off, Mingi and Yunho did such an amazing job in the MV!!! I still get so sad over the lyrics Mingi wrote, truly beautiful. Jongho's MV made me cry, his chemistry with the girl was amazinggg!!! and his vocals were everything too.♥♥♥
I think if you haven't already you should read All of the diary entries in the Albums starting with fever part 1 - now. It gives more in depth answers on the storyline! We do know what happened to Yunho's brother from those diaries! You are catching onto some of the pieces though in the MV's! This channel put all of the diary entries into video form with a voiceover (the like robotic one so it's not super fantastic) If you would rather watch/listen to them than read them! It definitely helped me to know more about the storyline!

It says in the diary entries in the albums about what happened to Yunho’s brother. There is al lot of of info there that you are not aware of.
If you are interested in getting some more, small tidbits of storyline, people already mentioned the diary album entries but also if you revisit the Fever Series; at the end of each episode there are short little reels for each member. In Yunho’s entry, he mentions that Hongjoong reminds him of his brother, which would further supports that Yunho and Jongho not being brothers.
With that said though, the potential connections you are finding between Yunho and Jongho are hard to deny. I remember I thought they were related before the diary album entries came out too. I don’t know if anyone has mentioned it but I am starting to wonder if the reason why there are so many connections between the two could be related to the Cromer and the different dimensions. Like say in the main Universe A we follow Yunho and his brother and the car accident but maybe in another parallel universe it was Jongho who was involved in the accident and not Yunho’s brother and how that could change the narrative. Butterfly effect and all 🤔
But honestly, not matter what is the “true story line,” I think what is so fun and exciting about Ateez’s storyline is how interpretive it is. Everyone experiences it in their own way and we all have own unique journey with Ateez. It’s always fun hearing your different theories! 💖
Jongho really seemed to be thriving as a Performer and vocalist with the way he vocal melodies and ad-libs were carrying the song and music video
I just love ATEEZ and their storyline ( lore ). I feel sorry for those who are unaware of ATEEZ and the storyline.

And about the FIRE in Everything, it makes me pretty excited because it's a callback to his scene in inception and diary film. Unlike the fire in Yungi's Youth that symbolize them finally taking control over their trauma and erasing the bad memories, I think Jongho's fire from Inception and diary film is symbolize the fate that taking away his dream, so he had no control over it. He need to let go his dream because the injury, it's something he can't control.
So I think in everything, he also feel hopeless about losing, he didn't want to let go, but because it's too late already, all he can do is watch everything burned once more and taken away from him

Jongho has said that the relationship in everything may represent something else entirely. Now, Idk if he said this to keep delulus happy or if it means that it could represent something else. I like to think that it's pretty literal, in the song, he says he regrets not saying a certain word to her, wants to "turn back time", that it was "on the tip of my tongue". That she was his "everything". I think she broke up with Jongho because he didn't meet her in the middle when it came to expressing affection. He struggled to tell her how he felt and it caused doubt, arguments and a misunderstanding perhaps that lead to the break up. Although I'm not sure about the fire. Considering the meaning it had in youth, to burn down the bad memories of the past, maybe it's same here since he's burning things that remind him of this person. Long winded theory but I've got no atiny friends to share with and love listening to y'all's theories!! ❤

Hi Anitra, loved the reaction. The two of you together are fantastic. I personally feel that the Jongho lore is tied to the diary films like you said but I believe that it occurs around the time of his injury. Everything is fine with the relationship because he is not injured yet. After he injures himself and and loses his dream of basketball, I feel that he starts to draw into himself to cope with losing basketball and this makes it difficult on the relationship. He regrets not saying that one word that would have saved the relationship and in the end the verb tense changes from you are my everything to you were my everything and the area where she was changes to black. We then see him on his own with his world destroyed around him. I think they aren't brothers because in the film diary Yunho's sibling is an older brother. But it's possible his relationship with jongho is like brother he never have?
Also in the fever road, someone who remind him of his older brother is actually hongjoong. So it's like hongjoong 'save' yunho, yunho 'save' jongho and jongho 'save' mingi. This is just my thought from what i see in fever road!
